Chapter 2: Unexpected

Hiccup's P.O.V
Everyone was fighting when I started coughing rapidly, I had a splitting headache, which I tried to ignore so I could keep fighting but I just kept coughing and the headache kept getting worse every time I did.

"HICCUP!!!" I heard Astrid shout to me, but before I could react I was pushed up to the wall by my tunic, I heard Toothless let out an ear piercing screech.

I opened my eyes to see Alvin looking at me with a smirk on his face. I looked over to see Toothless trying to get to me, but there were just too many guards.

"Well hello Hiccup welcome back to Outcast island. I have a proposition for ya." He said while I was still pined to the wall my legs dangling in the air.

"And what would that be?" I questioned sarcastically.

"If you train my dragons I'll let the people of Berk go. Oh and I'm sorry to hear about your dear father, but then again it's not that bad, well not that bad for me because daddy's not here to save his precious son." He said chuckling a bit.

"Come on boy you have no other choice."

"Never!" Was the only thing I said, there is know way I was going to train Alvin's dragons, he will just attack Berk again with them.

All he did was smile and then he pushed me up against the wall harder, I felt a sharp pain go up my back as he did, I tried not to shout out in pain but it was just to much. My vision started to go blurry and black spots started to appear, the headache I had before got worse.

I could here Alvin chucking, he put his hand up to my throat cutting off the air way, I started gasping for air, I was struggling to get out of his grip and I could feel myself getting weaker I knew I wouldn't be able to keep this up for much longer.

All of a sudden he let go and I dropped to the ground falling on my knees I started coughing as the air came back into my lungs, as my vision cleared I looked up expecting to see Astrid but I sore.........

"Dad?"

Astrid's P.O.V
Hiccup was pined to the wall, him and Alvin were having a conversation. "Never" I heard Hiccup say, Alvin pushed him up against the wall harder and I could tell Hiccup was trying not to shout out in pain but it was to much for him. Alvin chucked and moved his hand up to Hiccup's throat, Hiccup was struggling to get out of his grip as he was gasping for air and I knew he was getting weaker, I had to help him.

I fought of the guards around me so I could help him but as I went to help someone rushed past me and pushed Alvin away from Hiccup and when I got a good look at who it was I saw........ Stoick? Hang on Stoick is alive?

I was snapped out of my thoughts when I heard Hiccup coughing again. he looked up and saw his dad, he had a surprised look on his face but went back to coughing, almost straight away. I ran over to him.

"Hiccup are you okay?!" I asked helping him up he nodded. He looked to his father again. He got pulled off of Alvin by two other guards and Alvin ran off. Stoick pushed the guards off him and walked over to us. Hiccup ran up to his father and embraced him in a hug.
