Chapter 3: Welcome Drama

Dinner was announced that it was done and we adults go to the ta be while the kids go to another dinner room so they won't have to hear what comes out of our mouth. They served us an Entre of boneless baked chicken, green beans, mash potatoes, carrots, and bread rolls. With champagne and soft drinks.

"So how is everyone doing?", Tahiti asked

There were around of good and okay.

"So, Bella how have you been?", Jessica asked
"Fine thank you", I mumbled
"Oh really. I heard that album or those singles of yours and you sounded so heartbroken", She says
"Well, that's what happens when you have bad experiences with men", I say
"So, um, Bruno your doing the superbowl", Billy says trying to ease the tension in the room
"Yeah, um, I have tickets for all of us to watch the game", Bruno says
"I think the Patriots are gonna go to the Superbowl",Presley says
"Same here", I say
"Are we gonna talk about football all night?", Jessica says
"I'm so sorry Jessica why don't you tell us about what you've been doing which is selling expensive shoes and being a model such as my self", I say with a cocky smile

I feel Brunos hand on my leg. Which sends shivers down my spine but I know it was his way of telling me to take it easy.

"Well, um Presley when are you gonna have a baby?", Tahiti says
"Er, Never", She laughs
"Oh, why not having a kid is awesome", Billy says
"No, I've watched Alia come out of Bella...it gave me nightmares", She says

We laughed.

"When are you guys having another kid?", Tahiti asked Bruno and I

We didn't answer.

"Er, we're gonna wait until after the touring", He answers
"Oh, this should be good", Jessica says
"Yeah, it would be... let's hope that a skank doesn't repeat what happened four years ago", I sneered

Everyone became quiet.

"I've lost my appetite", I say and left the table

I go and check on the kids and they were having their own conversation and then I went up to the room I was staying in. I get some clothes out for the night and I get into the shower.

When I was done I got dressed and went back to the bedroom...Bruno was sitting in the bed waiting for me.

"What?", I asked while putting my clothes in the hamper
"That shouldn't have ended like that", he says
"I know. But she's getting under my skin", I huffed
"Then ignore her"
"How am I supposed to ignore her and we live in the same house?", I exclaimed

He sighs.

"She is the reason why I don't want to have anymore kids", I sigh

His head shot around and faced me.

"Really its her?", He says
"Yes, History has a way of repeating itself and I don't want to have a child, you doing god knows what, and we seperate again. I'm not going to have Alia go through that again or another child", I explained

He sighs. I look at the time and see its 8 o'clock.

"I'm gonna go put Alia to bed", I sighed

I get up and head downstairs to get Alia which I found her watching t.v. with the kids,Urbana, Tahiti, and Jessica.

"Alia, time for bed", I say

She smiles, gets up, and skips towards me I pick her up and kissed her cheek.

"Yep, She's right time for bed kids", I hear Tahiti say as I walk upstairs.

I go into the room she'll be sharing with Julia and got her ready for bed. She gets under the blankets and I tucked her in.

"Can you sing the song mommy?", She yawns

I smiled at her.

I see she's starting to fall asleep.

When I was finished she was fast asleep and had a tiny smile on her face. I kissed her head and stood up, I see Bruno at the door, and he comes towards her and kisses her head also.I see Julia was already in the bed asleep Jessica must have put her to bed when I was singing to Alia. I go over to her and made sure she was tucked in. I turn the nightlight on and we left closing the door behind us.

I followed him to our room and I got into the bed.I check the social media to if there's anything new... Nope just rumors and more rumors. The bed shifts and that was my que to put my phone down for the night. I get comfortable and turn the bedside lamp off. I was encased by the strong arms of my husband. I moved into him and put my head on his chest, and he kissed my forehead, and with a sleepy voice said 'good night my Bella'. Not long after that Bruno was lightly snoring.

I tried to go to sleep, but with all my might I could not, so I got up and went downstairs to fix me some warm milk. I turned on the hallway light when I got downstairs to be able to see and headed for the kitchen. I put a small pot of milk on the stove, and went to the pantry for some chocolate chip cookies. After the milk started to simmer, I took it off the stove, and instead of wasting more dishes, I dipped my cookie in the pot to eat and drink. I was finally satisfied and felt sleepy, so I washed my pot and cut off the light, making my way back upstairs and to bed.

I opened the door to see Bruno hadn't moved a bit from the spot I left.I laid down and put my head on his chest, slowly lulling myself into a deep sleep.
