It's 9:00 pm and I was standing in front of a club not any old club mind you Adonis owned by a wealthy and private man his name isn't even known to the general public odd huh. To night a private party was being held here in my honour its my 19th birthday and my friends Toni, Lucy and Jake thought they should throw me a party this was my first party ever I didn't even have a birthday party when I was little my mum died when I was 10 months old and my dad married soon after her death so my Gran had to bring me up she couldn't afford to throw me parties she could just about afford to feed and cloth me my dad was a investment banker so he had more than enough money but he never helped and Gran never asked she bought me up on her wage she was a young Gran at 52, she worked full time at a grocery store and when I was 9 she retired and bout me up on her pension. She died last year and left me her home and savings, before this I never saw my father but a week after Grans death he came to the will reading and she had left him nothing she left it all to me he thought that she would have left him her home but she didn't so he formed a massive argument with the lawyers but they refused him a share and the homes mine, now I converted it into two flats and I live on the top and my friend Jack lives on the bottom it pays the bills and it's nice to have company after Grans passing. Back to the present I waited for my friends at the entrance but they were late it was 9:15 pm and they were supposed to be here at 8:45 so they were half an hour late I had called Toni many times but she never picked up.
"Mademoiselle, may I help you?" a man with a light French accent asked me.
"no thanks I'm just waiting for someone." I smiled and turned away.
" Are you waiting for a private party at the club?" he asked.
"yeah I am" I replied and turned towards him.
"why don't you wait inside, give the lady at the entrance you name and she will show you up to the VIP area and when your friends arrive they will be sent up to you." he smiled.
"umm okay thanks" I smiled and went towards the entrance, the lady at the entrance was about 6ft tall and had a red flowing gown on she looked stunning.
"can I take you name" she said.
"Haifa Carmichael" I replied.
She smiled "Miss Carmichael, you can go in, Crystal will show you to your 'room'"
I smiled and walked past the 'bouncer lady' into the clubs foyer there a girl not much older then me of may be 20 was waiting for me she had short spiky back hair and wore a dress made of very sparkly material she looked like a star as in the star in the sky, she walked up to me and said "Miss Carmichael?"
"yes"I replied
"follow me" and she walked towards the lift wow this is the first club I've seen with a lift, I followed her into the lift and she hit the top floor, floor 5, when the lift stopped it lead straight into a massive room which looked like a mini apartment. Wow.
"you can wait here and Onyx will be with you shortly" and with that she stepped back into the lift before I got to ask her who Onyx was. I walked over to the window the view from here was amazing you could se the whole of London with its bright lights and cars and the tower bridge it looked kind of beautiful I heard the lift opening and a man walked into the room he had long blond hair which went just past his shoulders, his eyes were black in the centre and dark violet on the outside they looked like pansy's he was quite literally beautiful. He had a steel grey suit on and quite the air of authority about him.
"Miss Carmichael" he said and held out his hand.
I took it and said "hello umm Mr..."
" Onyx Aronis" he replied letting go of my hand slowly.
