INDIA

Looking at him as he stood in front of me with a sad look on his face. Just him in my presence made me want to scream. I could never forget what he did to me. Walking away from him as he called my name.

"Don't touch me." I yelled when he grabbed my arms. Snatching away from him as I walked faster to my car.

"India just listen to me." He said as I opened my car door but he slammed it closed.

"Brandon please leave me alone." I said looking at my phone calling Odell.

"Can we talk, let me explain myself." He said coming closer to me. I couldn't move. I was blocked in he was literary standing in front of me.

"There is nothing to talk about." I said raising my voice. I hoped Odell answer the phone.

"He was my son too." He yelled balling up his fist with an angry look on his face.

"Back up my nigga." Odell said as I turned my head looking at him seeing that he had two guys behind him.

"This doesn't have nothing to do with you homeboy." Brandon said looking him as Odell nodded his head.

"Move India." Odell said as I moved away from the car walking over to him.

"Are we gone have a problem nigga." Odell said pulling out a gun from behind him.

"We good." Brandon said looking at me one more time then walking away from us.

"Who the fuck was that India." Odell asked me putting his gun up. I never seen his this mad.

"Somebody from the past." I mumbled looking away from him as he walked over to the guys he came with. Walking over to my car pulling out my phone seeing my daddy was calling me. Ignoring the call, I will talk to him later. I can't deal with his attitude today.

"So you gone explain to me who was that nigga." Odell said walking up to me.

"Why does it matter." I said raising my voice. I didn't mean to yell but that past the past something I didn't want to bring up.

"I need to know who that nigga is India. Endangering my child." He said as I looked away from him.

"Odell I don't want to talk about it." I said feeling the tears in my ears. I didn't want to tell him about my past for the simple fact. I didn't want him to judge me. Odell was the perfect man. Anyone would love to have him and I was the baggage queen.

"Just tell me baby girl." He said wiping the wet tears off my face. Grabbing his hand as I took him to where Kayden tombstone was.

"This is my son Kayden Westbrooks." I said sitting down on the ground as he did the same.

"The guy who was here was my ex finance, Kayden dad. I was five months when I lost him. I was pushed down a flight of stairs and due to the amount of blood I lost him. I had to go into labor. I had to push a dead baby out of me." I said crying as he pulled me closer to him.

"Odell in my whole life I have been through three abusive relationships. I lost two innocent babies. I wanted to tell you my past but I always get this feeling in body that you're going to judge me." I said.

"India baby girl I'm not gone judge you. I have no reason too. Our relationship has nothing to do with your past. I'm not perfect India either. Everyone has their past. Them coward's nigga baby girl I'm nothing like them you're a queen and deserve to be treated like one." He said kissing my lips.
