7th grade was the WORST year of my entire life.

Up until the last month of school, it was going okay. I mean, I had a great group of friends, awesome parents, and some pretty great teachers too. I was weird and funny and everyone knew it.

Until the last month of school, I had thought that everyone liked, or at least accepted my weirdness. I guess everyone is wrong at some point.

In the first week of June, I was being my awesome, weird self. I was making funny faces in the mirrors of the girls bathrooms when, suddenly, someone comes up behind me and grabs my hair. The girl who grabbed my hair dragged me to one of the toilet stalls and shoved my head into the toilet. She flushed it. She let me take my head out of the toilet for a few seconds then pushed it back in.

When she let me put my head up a second time, I was struggling to breath. " That was for being your stupid, weird, little self. Now stop being weird, otherwise it'll be much MUCH worse next time."

I was stunned. I couldn't just STOP being weird... it's who I am.

Or at least who I used to be.
