Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!
"What the hell is that......Ugh!!" I sighed inwardly as I try to turn that darn contraption, I called my alarm clock.
Finally, after what seems like ten minutes but actually two minutes. I turned off my alarm and as I was about to flip back the covers over my head, I heard my mom yell," Steph sweetie, time to get up out off bed !!"
I pretended not to hear her, but then she yelled out again, " You better not turn back into your bed or I will call your father and you wouldn't want to get an icy surprise, before your first day back to school!!"
I shrugged off her threat, thinking that, she wouldn't dare do that to me, she is too afraid of me getting sick. So I have nothing to worry about.
I smiled in content and then went back to bed, suddenly I hear footsteps coming up the stairs and then my door to my room opened and before I could see who came in..........SPLASH!!!!
I screamed, feeling like I just took a swim in the Antarctic pole water. I felt the wind howling against my now dripping wet skin and began to shiver.
Then look up and saw my dad and mom laughing at me, " Sorry. S-sweetie. But. Y-your. M- mother. Warned. You." Dad said between fits of laughter.
I rolled my eyes at them then left the room to get ready for school, because it made no sense going back to bed after it was completely soaked.
I went into the bathroom and gaged it to warm water, and brushed my teeth while the water turned just perfect for me to take a bath. After that I hoped into the shower and got under the pipe letting it soak my red hair.
After standing there under the cascade of warm water for good minute, I took up my vanilla scent body wash and shampoo & conditioner, then got to work scrum my hair and body.
I washed the suds from my hair and body. Then turned off the water and took out a towel from my cabinet and wrapped it in my hair then got one for my body.
I walked into my room and started to look for clothes for school today. Even though my best friend, Abigale, told me I had a 'rocking' body. I still found it hard to dressed in clothes that actually fitted my body, because I am too afraid that people are going to ridicule me and say I am fat.
So I just dressed myself in clothes that were two size bigger than me. Some how I made it look like they fit.
As searched throw my closet I found my plain pink sweater and a black with colorful polka dot, puff skirt to wear today.
I quickly got dressed and applied little make up to my face, because it a struggle getting it off completely. So I just put on a little mascara, black eye liner and some red lip stick and put on my glasses and grabbed my black beanie and left my room.
When I reached down stairs my mom rushed me in front of the kitchen door and forces me to smile, while removing my beanie from my head and snap a picture of me trying to smile.
Let the school year begin Whoopi. I said in my mind with sarcasm lacing my words, as I sat down for breakfast.
