Steph's POV
Great my first day back at Thorny Rose High School and nothing changed.
As I stood there against the wall, crowed around by Rebekah's and James' little group. I prepared myself for the verbal abuse.
What I wasn't prepared for was the............. Sting pain, that caused my head to turn sideways.
I hold my cheeks, where Rebekah's hand was a few minutes ago. My eyes widened as I tried my best not to shed a tear but my eyes betrayed me, with a single tear that slid down my face.
"Oh don't tell me your about to cry now, like the baby you are?" Rebekah started laughing along with everyone else in the corridor. I try to look for Abby past the laughing crowd of students, but I didn't see her nowhere.
Then before I knew it Chelsea Rivers, who has blonde straight hair and dazzling blue eyes stepped forward and shoved me into the lockers. "Hey bitch!!!! Don't you see Rebekah talking to you?"
"Oh wait girls, I don't think she understand human language. We better speak to her in her native language." Lacey who was wearing a dress that was not slutty for the first, said. While she drop back her short brown hair and let out a laugh, holding her stomach in the process.
James stepped forward with a smirk," And what's her native language Miss Taylor. Please do tell us."
"My pleasure, Mr. Snow." Lacey smirked back. "Her native language is the same as a dog............woof."
Laughter erupted from the corridors, everyone was laughing. When I say everyone I mean everyone was in complete fits of laughter, after Lacey made an imitation of dog sound towards me.
I could her Brandon Lee, the black hair, hazel brown eyes, captain of the soccer team along with Chase Davis, with blonde hair, piercing blue eyes and captain of the Field Hockey team laughing and pointing fingers at me.
" Man! Chase, Lacey really know how to call them, she really looks like a dog." Brandon said high-fiving Josh. Josh Port is the curly brown hair, chocolate brown eyes captain of the Lacrosse team.
How ironic that they are all best friends, but don't do the same sports together and being the captains of the team they are on.
Suddenly Chase stopped laughing and looked at both Josh and Brandon, " You assholes apologize right now." He glared at them.
They both stop laughing and looked at him good, like saying what the fuck man. This can't be happening, Chase Davis is really standing up for me. A small smile spread across my face.
Then it disappeared, after what he said next.
"I have a dog and he is nowhere as ugly as that whore right there on the ground. Likewise the female one." He finished with a smirk, then took on a booming laughter.
I didn't think it was possible for people to laugh that hard, but yet again the people that stood in front of me were laughing so uncontrollably at the insults tossed at my face. I began to start crying not caring at all if anyone sees my tears.
Then Addison Marks, the long hair brunette of the group, kicked me, letting me fall to the ground in the process. She then made kiss kiss sound at me as if she was trying to get the attention of dog, then pulled out a bag of bacon bits out her bag and waved it in front of me. "You want the treats......mhmm boy, do you.....mhmm? Yes you do, don't you?"
She opened the bag and dumped all of the bacon on me. I covered my face with my hands sobbing to myself.
"Hey you fucking jerks!!!! Get away from her." I heard Abby calling out while running to me. She finally got through and shoved Rebekah, James and the rest of their clique out of her way so she would get to me.
Once she reached me I saw it in her eyes that she was worried, concern but most of all angry. " What happened to you Steph?" I was too deep in my sobbing to answer back to her. "Steph I am really sorry, I was called by my teacher before we could reach our lockers and I did see them walking over to you."
She wrapped her arms around me, " J-Just get me out of here." She nodded and we stood up and she rushed me to the girls bathroom. By then the students were clearing the corridors,as the signal of the bell, that means classes were about to being.
