Chapter 1: "You are acting like you are going for shooting an adult movie"

Ever heard or read of the excitement bubbling up your stomach when you are going somewhere you wanted to?

If yes, then please help me find the person who said or wrote it and shred him into pieces. Now, you would think that I am some ghost from Friday the 13th who is on a rampage.

The main point of these very disturbing thoughts is that the feeling of excitement is not anywhere near. Actually it's totally opposite. In the place of butterflies, dinosaurs are rampaging in my stomach and making me feel nauseous. So the person who said that excitement is the feeling when something new happens is a pure psycho. If you see him, please do me a favour and call 911 ASAP. Or I'll kill him myself.

Now don't fear me. I am not a violent person. Trust me, I totally oppose violence. Susan Johnson and violence does not belong in a sentence. We stay clear from each other for our betterment.

The landing of airplane pulls me out of my thoughts and makes me aware of my surroundings. My fingernails are in my mouth and I am genuinely worried that if I don't get them away from my mouth soon, I will bite off my fingers.

"Oh stop it Susan. You are acting like you are going for shooting an adult movie." I nearly laugh at my mum's statement but the seriousness in my mom's voice keeps me silent.

Ladies and gentleman meet Ruby Johnson-The greatest, funniest and the best mom in the world. She is in her mid forties but looks dashing unlike me, who probably resembles a grandma on her death bed because of the condition I am in.

The clothes, which I have on, are the only thing that I think are decent. I am wearing a summer dress with some slippers and a sun hat.

The snap of my mom's finger is the thing which reminds me that the plane has successfully landed and we are ready to go outside.

After checking out of airport and grabbing our luggage, we get out of the airport. I stretch and smell the fresh air of Willslow.

It was always my dream to come to Willslow for college. Now, thanks to my hardworking, my dream came true. Yes, you guessed it right. I got the full scholarship in Willslow College.

The scholarship provides the full tuition fees and the rent of the dorms, which are at walking distance from the college. I will share it with a girl, thank god.

The dorms are co-ed so there will be also many boys in it. Now you might think that I will be happy as I will ogle on boys' everyday but trust me, no guy is that hot for me to drool on.

"Susan?" My mum's voice breaks me from my astrologer like thinking. I look towards her with a smile, trying to hide my nervousness.

"I know you are nervous, so don't try to hide it. It's normal for people to be nervous." Her voice is warm and it calms my nerves easily. Her blue eyes are full of warmth and love. I couldn't resist the urge to hug her, so I tackle her in a bear like hug.

She hugs me back for a while and pulls away. "I will miss you so much mum." My voice is laced with sadness and I try my best to keep the waves of my tear sea on bay. Yeah, I am an emotional baboon.

"Oh come on. Cheer up, it's not like we are at the opposite side of world. The flight from London is only 12 hours. Besides I will have my eyes on you for the whole time, so don't try to be naughty." Well, she definitely knows how to lift the mood up.

After putting our luggage into the taxi, we are now sitting in it waiting for the college.

"When will dad visit me? And when will Jeremy come to see me? I already miss them." I say to my mum.
