Chapter 11

Kira smiled warmly at my confession and hugged me close while kissing me. I chuckled into the kiss and wrapped my arms around her waist. The moment was so peaceful, so romantic. I wanted it to last forever. I started to slide my hand onto her waist and caressed it. She giggled and looked up at me as I started to give her an Eskimo kiss. "That feels nice, Allen~"

I chuckled, "You're welcome, love~." She placed her finger on my lip, signaling me to not go any further. "Well, we have to go! C'mon, I already called the clinic for the appointment." Kira informed. I sit up and help her up. "Alright." I respond. We started to walk out of the house and to the car. I chuckled as we entered the car. "What's with the laugh?" she asked. I shrugged and smiled at her, "I guess it's because I'm nervous. Ya know... I just confessed to you and all..." Kira smiled and settled her purse in between her thighs as I started the car a drove to the nearby clinic.

We arrived at the clinic and stepped out of the car, walking hand-in-hand. "You nervous, big guy?" Kira chuckled. I shook my head 'no' and opened the door to the clinic. As soon as Kira and I stepped in, the nurse called me in. "Sir, you are Allen, right? The doctor wants to see you." she said. She led Kira and I to the Doctor's office and we sat on the two chairs opposite from the doctor. Kira held my hand and squeezed it lightly, not wanting to let go. We sat there until the doctor started to speak.

After our appointment with him, we went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine that I was prescribed. When we stepped in, I looked around and saw that they were selling cigs on a side of the store. "Kira, I gotta do something. You go on and buy it. Here." I said, handing her my wallet. She nodded as I walked off towards the cigarettes.
