Chapter 28

As I struggled to process what she had said, I felt Kira's cold lips kiss mine. The heavy rain drenched us both as we embraced. "Kira, I love you too," the words escaped my mouth. I felt calm and peaceful. I heard her giggle as I softly placed a small kiss on her head. "Well, we should go home. If we stay out any longer, we'll catch a cold, okay?" Kira spoke softly. I nodded as we began making our way back to my house. We held hands all the way there. I sneezed and her attention was brought to me, "Are you okay?" I chuckled and nodded as we entered the house.

I tossed a towel at Kira. "Are you sure you don't wanna bathe? We're soaking wet and cold," she insisted. I thought about it, "Well, are we bathing together? I don't really mind," I asked. She giggled and nodded. I sighed and blushed as I grew a warm smile on my face. Kira pulled me along to the bathroom and closed the door, "Well, come on! Undress!" I started to take off my clothes and blushed madly as she did the same. Kira had such a gorgeous body. Her pale skin was so soft and her curves were just right.

I stepped into the bath and sat down in the tub after the hot water was in. Kira blushed as she joined me, slowly stepping in and sitting in between my legs. She relaxed and laid her head on my chest, closing her eyes. "Hey, don't fall asleep, cutie," I teased. She giggled softly and hugged me, "We can't let Sebastian know... If he finds out then he'll probably kill you... But, something tells me that you'll be alright." I chuckled and hugged back, stroking her soft, reddish-blackish hair. Kira hummed a sweet, soft tune as she relaxed on me. "You have such a beautiful voice," I complimented. Kira giggled and blushed, "Thanks. Sebastian says that I should sing to our future child. He says that our baby will fall asleep quickly with a voice like mine."

I looked at her confused, "Our child?" She gasped softly and sighed, "N-no, no. Sebastian and me. Not me and you... But I wouldn't mind having a baby with you.. I'll just have to leave Sebastian. It won't be easy since he's taken care of me so well." I sighed and forced a smile, "H-he's a good guy. He really cares about you. You should stay with him." Kira was shocked. She probably didn't expect me to say such a thing. "What?" I asked. She sighed and shook her head, hugging me closer, "Nothing."
