The very next day, James and I agreed that we were going to tell Michelle our plan. The plan was to do another Regionals routine and show it to Miss Kate to make Michelle dance captain. It's easier than it sounds. At lot of things could go wrong. Like somebody telling everyone about it because the main thing is that Emily doesn't find out.
After rehearsal, James and I were waiting for Michelle in Studio B because she agreed to meet us there. Eventually she came. It's now or never.
Once we'd told Michelle, I stood there wondering what she was going to say. Unfortunately I didn't get the answer I was hoping for. She said she wasn't ready because what would Emily do to her if she took over her role of being dance captain.
I suppose she has a point but I'm not giving up on her. This is what's right and I'm going to make this happen.
