They all agreed. They all fucking agreed! Part of me wanted to jump out of my skin and do something really out of character and hug Sean. Thankfully, I came to my senses before I could act on that. Heaven knows that he would mock me mercilessly if I showed that kind of emotion.

Gaining back my control I got back to the issues at hand. My broken darling. "Gentleman, now that we are going to move forward with Ms. Sorenson, we have to work on her self-esteem. As you know we are having another family meeting on Thursday to discuss what happened with Ms. Sorenson over the weekend."

"What the fuck happened this weekend with, Baby? Did someone hurt her?" Mr. Taylor was rapidly coming unglued. The need to protect Ms. Sorenson was taking over.

"Calm down, Mr. Taylor. Do you honestly think that if someone had hurt her that Dr. Green and I would just be informing you now?" Thankfully that seems to calm the rage within Mr. Taylor.

"Now, as for what happened this weekend, we will discuss that on Thursday." I held my hand up to quiet the coming explosion of voices. "Ms. Sorenson should explain herself and she does not want to repeat her story multiple times. You will respect her wishes and not discuss this with her until the family meeting, understood?" They grumbled but gave me the answer I wanted.

"Now let us get back on topic. We are quickly coming to a crossroad with Ms. Sorenson and the Academy. Her introduction will be just after the first of the year. That will be her first major test with the Academy and one that we cannot afford for her to fail. While we have made good progress with Ms. Sorenson in terms of trust, we have not gone far enough. She is struggling with her self-confidence and esteem. She trusts us to take care of her, but she does not trust that when we compliment her. Fundamentally, she does not believe that she is worth us or the effort we put into a relationship with her. She thinks herself less than us."

The silence after I spoke was deafening. A few minutes go by as my team is lost in thought before Mr. Lee speaks. "What do we do? How can we possibly get her to believe that she is worth it? We've told her enough."

"I believe that in this case words are not enough, Mr. Lee. We have to come up with a way to show her that she is just as good as, if not better than, us."

"Owen, I have an idea." Sean quietly interjects. I raise my eyebrow at him to continue. "I suggest that we each work with her on an activity that she does not think she equals to us in. Pookie is stronger, smarter, and better than she believes herself to be. We need to give her the chance to prove it."

Kota looks quizzically at Dr. Green, "How do you suggest we do that?"

"Well, without divulging what Sang wants to talk to each of you about on Thursday, I will go with what she has told me. Sang believes that she is not good enough for me because I had and MD and PhD by the age of 17, she believes herself less than I am because in her opinion she is not as smart as me. To help her with that I am going to propose that she spends more time at the hospital, but not with me." I can see the panic on my brothers faces as Sean speaks. Thankfully, he quickly calms the storm. "Before you all fly off the handle, I'll be at the hospital when she is, but I want her to shadow Dr. Roberts. He won't go easy on her and she can prove to herself that if she had had the same opportunities that I did, she could have been the genius doctor by now." Damn, now I'm going to owe Sean again. First he sets me up with Sang and now he has actually come up with a decent plan to help her. I really hate owing Sean.

"Dr. Green that is an excellent idea; I suggest that we all come up with something that will allow Sang to prove to herself that she is on equal footing with us. As we have 9 weeks until we meet the Academy, not including Christmas week, I suggest that we each take a week and focus on our tasks. This brings me to the next order of business; the rules. I stifle a chuckle as I hear my younger brothers groan.
