A/N: <Insert Your Own Smut Warning Here>

Sean POV

The week with Pookie had been going better than I had dreamed, however by Wednesday I could tell she was getting antsy with not seeing my brothers as much as she was used to. If I'm being honest, the rest of them were reaching North's standard level of grump without her. I suggested to her that perhaps instead of staying the weekend with me like she was supposed to, that we could have a weekend at Nathan's. Sang readily agreed and the boys decided that she would only stay over Monday – Friday with one of us and we'd spend the weekends as a family. Well, as many of us that could be there on the weekends, that is.

Life with the Academy was always unpredictable and I still had one year left on my residency. I had been discussing with Owen about going into private practice. As much as I love the hospital and Dr. Roberts, I'm not sure that I could see myself working hospital hours for much longer. I was missing out on time with Sang and my bothers. I was missing out on my second chance at life. Since Sang had so few experiences growing up my brothers and I have been fortunate enough to live through them again with her. It's amazing how much something as simple as a birthday party – something we have taken for granted – can be awe inspiring for her. She never had that quintessential birthday at McDonald's where the highlight was getting to work the soft serve ice cream machine. She never had family trips to the park where you would get there early to stake out a claim on one of the tables under the pavilion and a bar-b-que pit. Hm... I'll have to talk to my brothers about a family picnic day. Perhaps we can plan that for Sunday since Sang and I only have to work on Saturday this week.

Realizing that I have wasted most of my lunch break on Pookie-dreaming (a required course for that advanced degree in Pookie Loving as I have explained to Owen multiple times), I head out of my office in search of the hopefully soon-to-be doctor in training. Don't get me wrong, I would support Pookie in whatever she chooses to pursue, but from what I've heard from Dr. Roberts, other hospital physicians, and nurses alike she has a future in medicine if she wants it. I would stay on at the hospital long enough to get her through her internship and residency and then we could open up that private practice I've been dreaming about. The sign would have something lovely like "Dr. & Dr. Green" but be in pink and purple just to throw everyone off. We could have Gabe design the lobby and reception area and even decorate the examination rooms. We could share a really large office, with a pull out couch. Some place we could both get some rest or have quiet times with each other. Fuck! Why is my phone buzzing! Damn it! I'm turning into Luke!

Phil: Sean, I'm finished with Sang for the day, you can pick her up in my office.

Shit, I still have to finish my rounds since I spent too long Pookie-dreaming.

Sean: I need to finish up my rounds. Would you be opposed to having Sang with me while I finish?

Phil: Sang can stay with you as long as you treat her like I do while she is working. I cannot have you undoing all of my efforts with your flirtatious ways.

Sean: Phil, I'm hurt! You are trying to keep me from wooing the future Mrs. Green! However, I will be sure not to undermine you, oh great and powerful one.

Phil: Yes, well in this wonderful world of Oz, I'm the Wizard, so you do what I say!

Sean: So, I ignore the man behind the curtain?

Phil: Just come pick Sang up before I change my mind and keep her as my mentee and drop you!

Sean: I'm off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of Oz. I hear he is a wiz of a wiz....
