From inside the cottage, the boy was army crawling to a nearby bridge. It was the same night relived through reality as it had been in dreams , he'd played this out over and over in his mind...each time it ended morbidly, this time....he'd not let it play out that way.
"Little Robin red breast lost in the maze, don't fly out fast, you'd not wish for a daze."
Taunted the killer as he loomed ever nearer to the boy, he'd stopped outside the tunnel that Robin was at and looked around. His eyes glanced over to the entrance of the bridge and he bent down to the fearful eyes of Robin.
"Why hello, little birdie."
Said the killer as he dragged Robin out by the throat. The man held him up , as though he'd been examining a trophy. Satisfied, he brought out a sack and looked at the boy with a very scary expression.
"Come on, little boy. We're going to a fun land.... Just us two...."
Those words. Sent terror flooding into Robin's veins as he watched his light be overtaken by the darkness of the sack.
--
The police and the other parent outside had gone deathly silent as the video screen was taken over by the killer. His copper mask was all too familiar and the little girl knew him now as her imaginary friend. This man was not acting like he had when he'd spoken to her...why was he doing this.
"I will not stop killing, but now.. I have taken the trophy I had forgotten to claim from my first exhibit..."
Reaching into the sack, the man pulled out the heavily drugged Robin and listened to the screams of the public. Smiling under his mask, the man placed the doped boy back into the sack and stared at the screen again.
"Oh, and thank you. Little princess."
Sharon felt her inside going cold. Her imaginary...friend..was the killer... He'd fooled her, he'd been tricking her all this time...to get to her brother. Tears pricked her eyes and her father held her tight.
"Well, au revoir."
The screen went black and the man smashed the cameras before taking off out the back alleyway with the boy in his sack. Climbing into his van, he tossed the sack into the back before speeding off into the darkness of the night.
---
From his place in the sack, Robin felt his life going through his eyes. All the times with his parents, to spending time in the orphanage,to being adopted by his new families and finally to being with Sharon and her mother and father....everything seemed so...surreal...and now..he'd been taken by a killer who planned on doing god knows to him...it scared him so much.
Robin could only see through a small slit in the sack that he was in, it was just enough to know that the car was well lit for the travel they'd planned. Wherever it was the man was planning to take him. He gathered, it was far far away.
"Have you woke up? Was I too loud"
Came the voice of the killer. Robin stayed extremely quiet at the sound of his captor speaking to him. Said male had stopped the car and walked to the back seat. Robin heard him open the door and grab hold of the sack. Like a feather , he came flying out into the seat. His body arched and he went inti full blown panic mode at the sight of the man.
"You remember me don't you, my little hide away...well now I've got you... You can't hide...not anymore....but it will be cute to watch you trying. I'd of rather kidnapped you as a child...you'd have adapted more...but no matter, I have you now..."
Stated the killer as he grinned, the boys fear had made him so gleeful. After all this time, he'd still remembered him from childhood. That murder must have left a strong mark. Stronger than he'd had planned it to. He couldn't very well let the boy free. Not after the murder he'd witnessed...no, he'd keep him a personal prisoner.
His, very own little torture pet.
---
Robin shook were he sat and tried to think, what could he do?! He could try and run but that would reflect badly, especially if he never knew where he'd been. Before he could think anymore, the back of his skull was hit with something hard and he blacked out once again.
"Sorry, birdie but you're going to need rest for the things your going to deal with."
He stated as he stuffed the boy into the sack once more and tied it up.
"A lot of rest."
--
The car stopped at a large mansion and the male stepped out, dragging the sack along the floor to his garage, once open. He shoved the burlap sack into a large cage.
"Welcome to hell, birdie."
