StormFox's POV

I was chilled by BriarStars words; I was chosen to create WolfClan! I can see why MoonPool was chosen; she's smart, and patient and great at treating cats even though she's an apprentice, but why me? I'm ok at hunting I guess but so are most cats in ThunderClan, I should be honoured. I obviously have something others don't, something FallenHeart doesn't... And I have to leave her. I don't even know how to bring her. She was prodding me as I was starring into space.
"StormFox? StormFox! Did you hear me? I asked if you wanted to go for a walk." I smiled trying to be patient.
"I-i don't know FallenHeart..." I was so confused I need to see MoonPool. "I feel dizzy..." Which wasn't a lie, I did but I know why. I was trying to make up my mind, fight an endless battle in my head. No one was winning. I saw anxiousness cloud her eyes.
"Oh no, I'll take you to YarrowTail. Maybe it's a fever, or worse!" FallenHearts fur bristled.
"You sound like a cat worrying about its mate!" I joked but seriousness stiffened her.
"What I worry because I want to be your mate?!" The words flooded out of her mouth and left me speechless.
"F-FallenHeart....-" I began.
"Let's just get you to YarrowTail..." She said expressionless.

MoonPool's POV

"YarrowTail! YarrowTail!" A concerned voice was ringing over and over until it got to me. "YarrowTail, StormFox ha- oh hello MoonPaw!" It was FallenHeart, the cat who has taken a liking to StormFox.
"MoonPool." I corrected her. "And YarrowTail's out. What's wrong with StormFox?"
"He's dizzy and I think he might have a fever or green cough or worse!" She babbled on and I rolled my eyes sympathetically.
"I'll check him out, go into the forest or something FallenHeart." She looked like she was going to protest but she soon left quietly.
"THANKYOU MoonPool!" StormFox whispered. "I don't want to get to close to her, I have to-"
"I'm scared myself, it's only two days till we leave! I've been sneaking away herbs for the journey. Eight packages." I had prepared extra for the others.
"Maybe we can find out who else is going at the gathering." He sighed. "Well see you there, I need to go on a patrol. Tell FallenHeart I'm fine."
I was worried, more worried than I'd let off, will YarrowTail cope without me? Will I ever want to come back? Will we loose connection with starclan all together?!

SorrelFeather's POV

RowanNose was with SpiderHill today. Laughing about my kittypet origins because I didn't want to have a mate.  Well he's a foxheart too. I'm glad I'm leaving soon but I never thought StarClan would give me such a big responsibility. I have always believed in them but there are other cats more loyal than me.
"SorrelFeather! BlazeFace said I can't go to the gathering! Is that true?" It was BerryKit. His siblings were behind him.
"Yes and you should always believe your mother, she is very wise." I scolded.
"She is..." Murmured LongKit, I could tell what was wrong. He's going to miss them. "But should I listen to my mother or StarClan?"
"Both I hope!" BlazeFace cane trotting out of the nursery. "But I guess StarClan should come first."
"Let's play a game!" Squealed BerryKit. "I'll be ThunderClan and you two be uhh... What should your clan be?"
"What about-" SunKit tried to say but LongKit cut her off.
"WolfClan!" He squealed without thinking.
"That's a nice name," BlazeFace thought nothing of it. "Now SorrelFeather go get ready for the gathering it's soon you know."

LongKit's POV

I am really scared about going to WolfClan, it's all I can think about. I want to stay and play with SunKit and BerryKit but my mother said StarClan was more important, I agree with her kinda. I hope I'll see them again, someday but for now I'll have to depend on StarClan... And SorrelFeather. I'm glad I'm with her, she's like another mother to me even though she has no kits of her own.

FogJay's POV

All my senses were tingling with the taste of the water, the sound of murmuring cats, the feel of the wet soil beneath my paws, the smell of mingled clans and.. No sight. I can rely on my other senses but being without sight is terrible. I love being in my dreams, I can see there. My sister was pressed up close next to me, guiding me other sticks and stones.
"I don't need help MistyHeart." I snapped.
"Ok then go fall in the lake then fuzzball!" She laughed back. But she was right, we were close to the lake and without her support I'd probably be in the lake. However MistyHeart was acting weird, sweating almost. Was she scared about leaving? I know I'm not. I'm fulfilling a prophecy of my own! But I do want to know more, StarClan is always shady!
"MistyHeart, what's wrong?" I said as gently as I could but it still sounded sarcastic. Oops.
"Huh? W-what? N-nothing!" She stammered before edging away from my side.
"I can tell!" I hissed. The time after seemed like a decade.
"I-i did something wrong..." She finally whispered. "I broke the warrior code..." She said even quieter. My sightless eyes went wide and I pulled her away from the other cats and turned on her.
"What did you do?!" I shouted.
"I stole prey with ReedTail a-and RapidPaw-w." She confessed. "...from ShadowClan." She added.
"We're you caught?!" I was still shouting and I could feel her flinch beside me.
"Y-yes by two ShadowClan cats, what if they mention it?! I'm doomed." She wanted my pity. I wasn't going to give it.
"I don't care if your doomed or not you mousebrain! I know we're leaving but you don't have to start battles over prey! Aren't we well fed enough?" I turned away from her leaving her to follow me. I didn't even care that I nearly fell off the log bridge to the island.

MistyHeart's POV

I thought FogJay would understand but he didn't. He looked really hurt. I shamefully made my way into the clearing with tears in my eyes. They must have told their leader, ShadowClan is loyal like all clans. ReedTail padded up to me with his innocent apprentice RapidPaw.
"You told your blind brother didn't you?" He asked. "It doesn't matter, maybe he won't be able to see our leader and walk into a river!"
"Shut up and I did tell him! I hope the ShadowClan cats tell on us! We deserve it!" I screamed ignoring them and walked away. I saw my brother look sightless in my direction in pity. Maybe he did care after all.
The gathering was about to start, all of the other clans were already here, we were last.
I gazed around until my eyes fell on the two ShadowClan cats who caught me. They were looking straight back at me. But to my surprise they were curious, not angry.
They sure were spending a lot of time together, maybe they were the ShadowClan 2, or they were just mates... I don't know.
MoonPool of ThunderClan was talking in hushed tones to the medicine cats and StormFox. I creeped up to hear them because well why not.
"Your saying that StarClan came you two and told you to leave?" Said the ShadowClan medicine cat baffled but calm.
"Exactly but we don't know who the others are yet." StormFox said looking down.
"Well I know the RiverClan two." FogJay said proudly, he always hung around the medicine cats. "Me and MistyHeart I know your here."
I stepped out. "You told them?"
"Of course and now we know two more. Win for us. Win for them." He nodded.
"I've made pouches of herbs for travel." MoonPool told us nodding. "Do you recommend anything?" Her mentor YarrowTail wasn't here and probably for the best.

TabbyClaw's POV

I had already spotted one of the cats that had stolen from our territory. She was shouting at the other two. I felt bad and I hope TawnyStar doesn't say names. MidnightPaw has gone off with her brother and the other apprentices. The leaders had already taken their places and the gathering begun. Everyone said the usual. ThunderClans MoonPaw had become MoonPool. RiverClan had a bit of trouble with twolegs but then again they always did. That's no excuse to steal our prey. WindClan had new apprentices and finally was ShadowClan.
"Hello cats of all clans, it has come to my attention from two cats of my clan that RiverClan has stolen prey. They said they were practising for if the twolegs take the river." TawnyStar said calmly. Their leaders fur bristled and stared down disappointed at RiverClan. TawnyStar stepped back, no names were said, I didn't have to regret the punishment for poor MistyLake. She didn't deserve that. The ReedTail did.
"Justice Served!" MidnightPaw was suddenly next to me. I smiles at her.
"Yep, saving the clans before leaving the clans." I said quieter. She smiled.
"I can't wait... But I'm terrified. I've said goodbye to GreyPaw, he doesn't know why yet." She looked down sorrow in her eyes.
"It's okay... I'll miss the clan too..." I whispered.
