The truth about Phoebe

Chapter 7:Chloest?

Kate's POV
A Troupe was happy to have Phoebe back. I was too.

Chloe's has a performance tonight, so Phoebe and I are going to see it. Phoebe and I go. We get programs and we sit down in our seats. I flipped through and saw that Chloe was a party guest(one of Clara's friends, to be exact), a snowflake and a flower. I'm excited for the show.

Chloe's POV
I really miss The Next Step, but I love performing with The Nutcracker. It's such a magical show. My favourite dance I do is Snow, because everyone loves snow. It's a crowd pleaser.

After the show, the curtains come back up so we can greet our audience. I'm in my flowers costume, a green bossise with a pink and purple classical tutu. I've also got tights and my pointe shoes on. As I scan the audience I see Miss Kate coming towards me. I head towards her.

"You were great," she said.

"Thank you. I would give you a hug, but I'm sweating like you wouldn't believe," I said, smiling.

"How's this?" Miss Kate asks.

"Great. How's TNS?" I asked.

"Good. I better get going," Kate said.

"Bye," I said.

"Hey Chloe!" Someone calls.

I look around, and I see West. I wave, and he walks up to me.

"You were amazing," he said, handing me a few flowers.

"Thank you," I said, smiling.

"I brought you flowers, to go with your outfit," he jokes.

I laugh as a few of my friends from the show come over to me.

"West, this is Katie and Myles. Katie was a party guest and Myles was a snowflake," I said.

"Nice to meet you. Let's get a picture before I leave," West suggests.

The rest of us nod as we get someone to take a picture of us.

Myles and Katie walk away, probably to go home.

"Do you want to get together sometime?" I ask.

West nods.

"I've got to go. Bye," West says.

"Bye, Raccoon," I said.

I go backstage and take my phone out. I post the picture we took on Instagram with the caption:Post show photo with @Katie_dancer, @Myles_dancer and @westnorth. #TheNutcracker.

Kate's POV
The phone in my office rings. Again. It's been ringing all day.

"Hello, you've reached The Next Step Dance Studio," I answer.

"Who am I speaking with?" The voice on the other line asked.

"Kate Krill, owner of The Next Step Dance Studio. Who is this?" I asked.

"Chris," Chris replied.

"Hey, Chris. How are you?" I asked.

"Good. I was wondering if you wanted to get together sometime?" Chris asked.

"Sure. Talk to you later," I said.

"Bye," I said.

"Bye," he said.

"Who was that?" Phoebe asked.

She had been sitting in the office the whole time.

"Chris," I replied.

Phoebe just nodded her head.

Today I'm meeting up with Chris at Hidalgos. I'm sitting in Hidalgos when I see Chris walk in. He walks over to the table I'm sitting and he sits down.

"How have you been?" He asked.

"Good," I said.

"Listen, Kate. I kinda sorta got fired from Super Star, and I was wonder if you'd consider me for a job at TNS," Chris said.

"I'll think about it," I said.

The rest of the meet up went well.

West's POV
I really like Chloe, but I'm not sure how to approach her. So, I've gotta talk to me bros, James and Eldon. I meet up with them.

"So, what should I do?" I asked.

"Man, just talk to her. Call her up and ask her to go to Hidalgos or something," James said.

"Good idea bro!" I said.
