Chapter 32: We all make mistakes

Klaus' POV

Darkness was all I saw until my eyes opened like window blinds. My palace was quiet. There was no sound of the cacadas chirping their strange mating tones, no birds, conversing in their own language. But where was Crosonia? Something told me to buy her a phone before something like this would happen. My head felt like a small person was kicking it from the inside. What did she do to me?

(Flashback)

"I'm leaving" Crosonia spoke in a stern and upset tone. "Where are you going?" I asked as she started up the stairs. Her last reply was "far away from here". I speed walked up the stairs only to be met by a powerful hit, knocking me of my feet, and sending me flying down the stairs.

(End of flashback)

Oh. Yes, now I remember why she left.

But I can't let her disappearance bother me, I told her I was with Jessica now, so be it. My eyes still foggy from being closed so long, I brought both my hands up to my face and rubbed my eyes.

I do know that I can't let her be gone too long, intagnia's are unpredictable.

Knock knock knock

Three patterned knocks on my main door snapped me out of my thoughts. Without caring about who it could be, I just yelled a "Come in, door's open!"

The door knob made that latching sound when being opened and instantly, I knew exactly who it was.

"What do you want Jessica?" An annoyed sigh escaped from my mouth.

"Why did you toss me outside Klaus, that's no way to treat a lady". Her overly glossed lips curled up into a smirk, but she looked a bit upset at the same time.

"I-"

"Yea, your neighbors saw the whole thing from further up the street, It's fine though, I could never stay mad at you".

My mind was too tired to process anything that was coming from her, especially with that high pitched voice.

I had to shut her up "Why are you here?"

She looked at me like if I said that in a different language.

"To hook up silly, you said you didn't need her anymore and that you had me-"

"Wait, you were eavesdropping?"

She looked down at her cheap heels and didn't look at me. "Maybe a little bit...."

I was too tired to care, too stressed to care about Crosonia's whereabouts.

I was gonna lose my virginity to Jessica.

She giggled and kicked off her heels.

Ah, what the hell.

I grabbed the collar of my shirt and yanked it off.

I picked up Jessica and hurriedly made my way up the steps.

Wow its been REALLY long since I've updated. Sooo to make up for that, I'll update two chapters before Christmas k? I wanna thank the three people that have voted, and the ghosts, that helped me get to 907 reads. I'm almost to 1k reads!!
