Klaus took hold of my hand, and started leading us to this so called city. Good thing the thickness of the top of the forest made a type of canopy, because I was blushing like crazy. His hand was warm and in a way actually comforting. On our way to the city, I spotted an elderly, but creepy looking man crouched down, his eyes focused on me. Klaus must've noticed the man staring because I didn't expect him to do what he did next. He moved in a speed that was highly impossible and in an instant was in front of the mysterious man. He Gave the man a deadly glare then placed a hand on both sides of the man's head. Klaus dragged the man to a large tree, and threw the man's head back onto the tree harshly.

I was in shock. Oh my god. OH MY GOD. He just murdered an innocent yet creepy man! The man's eyes went blank, and his body slowly slid down the body of the tree, a trail of blood from his head as he slid down. "O-Oh my god, you murdered an innocent man!" I screamed, stuttering in the process. "Crosania, that man wasn't innocent, believe me" Klaus replied sounding worried. "And how would you know that?" I answered back trying to sound smarter than him. Didn't work. He replied again, this time sounding irritated "Because, he was a soul thief". What? "Klaus what the hell is a soul thief?" I replied sounding scared. "A soul thief, my darling, are people raised deep in this forest and attack our city people, by cutting their chests open with a blade". He sounded a bit more calm now. "Why do they do this exactly?" I asked. The irration in his voice was back. "Jesus you talk a lot, this will be the last question you ask for now". "I mean it's not like I was just resurrected" I said spitting sarcasm along with it. He sighed. "Anyways, soul thieves cut the chest open because they are corrupted into thinking they're actually taking your soul, then they just eat the rest of your body". What the actual hell.

After a second of silence I responded "That's plain disgusting". He turned his head to me and flashed me a cute smile. "Well Crosania you have a lot to learn, plus we'll be at the city in an amount of minutes" that was his last response. The rest of the walk was a calming silence between us.
