I sat around the basement for a few hours, thinking about a proper escape plan. I mean it's not like I can beat them all up and run out of here. That would be a completely stupid plan. Maybe I should act like I'm dead? Okay no no no this is not like finding nemo.

While I was being retarded inside my head, the basement door creaked open. What the hell? Food? It was Jake. Holy lord NO! I haven't come up with a plan yet! But that's when I thought. Wait, only him? Maybe the others went out. Perfect. I looked up at him from across the room. What is he going to do to me? He gave me a terrifying glare. That's when I saw him pull out a small pocket knife from his back pocket. Holy shit. I can't die not like this.

When he saw my scared expression, He slowly walked up to me. Oh no. I could hear my heartbeat pounding in my ears. I had to play it cool, and not make any sudden movements. Because if I did, I'd be as good as dead. I'm not ready to die yet. I'm only 17. He finally stopped walking and pointed the knife onto the tip of my nose.

He slowly slid the knife from the tip of my nose, to the middle of my collarbone. Then he said something that really hurt. "You'd be better off dead, you filthy pig". He pulled the hand with the knife in it back, getting ready to plunge it into my chest. Nope that's when I lost it. I lifted my leg and kicked him straight in the balls with my foot. He dropped the knife, and kneeled down onto the floor in pain.

But unlike those stupid girls in horror movies, I picked up the pocket knife and plunged it into Jake's thigh, he yelled out in pain. That's when I saw the basement door open, and my first decision was to run out of the basement. I ran out of the basement and through the narrow hallway. After searching for about 5 seconds, I found the front door.

I unlocked it, and ran outside. Wow, these dumb shits kept me in a house that's in the neighborhood still. But when I looked down the street, my heart nearly stopped. There calmly walking was Scottie and Nick. My feet felt cemented to the ground. My mind kept screaming at me to run, but my feet refused. I was standing there too long. They noticed me.

They started running towards me. My feet finally responded. I took off running down the opposite way of the street. I've never ran so fast in my life. They were getting closer, and the street was nearly coming to a dead end. Behind the dead end sign, was the darkness of the forest. Plus, it was midnight, Nice right? I took my only option, and ran towards the forest. Nick and Scottie refused to get tired and quit chasing me.

What the hell is their problem? I was now inside of the dark damp forest. I didn't know where I was going, I was getting exhausted. But I kept running, my long hair flowing like a graceful kite behind me. I decided to make a right. Bad decision. There was a cliff. And below had large, jagged rocks.
