Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE had their jaws to the floor. Even the teacher. I quickly walk back to my seat. The gang looks over at me, I then look down at the floor. I get a group text sent from Oliver.
(Letters of their 1st names. Kn=Katelyn Ka=Kalie)

O-Nice voice.
Kn-You can sing! You are so the main singer
S-Definatly!
T- Okay if she is singing I am playing guitar!
Ka=You can play guitar? Acoustic or electric?
T=Yes. I can and I play acoustic.
J=Am I the only one that knew that you could play?
Ka,Kn,O,S=You knew Jensen?!
T=I tried keeping it a secret but then he walked in on me practicing.
S=Good job Jensen!
T=Skylar, your not supposed to be encouraging him.
S=You*re
T=Whatever.
N=Girl's stop fighting, you*re both pretty.

They all looked over at me and started laughing so naturally I did too.

The rest of the class we just silently goofed off. The bell rings and we run back to our lockers. Once we grab our lunches we walk to the Cafeteria. The whole gang goes to the back corner and I follow.
After a while Ali speaks up.
"So. I hear you can sing."
"Who told you that?"
"Theo."
I just make an 'O' shape with my lips not wanting to say anything. We go back to eating. Too soon the bell rings signaling us to get out of lunch. I walk to Math and notice that Ali is on the other side of the room. Boring!

The whole hour she just talked about her and what we are going to be doing the rest of the year. After listening to a whole lot of nothing, the bell rings. Signaling me to go to English, and just like math, Ali and Kalie are on the opposite sides of the room. The teacher told us she was lazy and that we could do whatever so I read 'I'd Tell You I'm a Spy, but Then I'd Have To Kill You.' I know the person who this story was based off of. The bell rings. Time for Reading. I am super happy right now (Note the Sarcasm) I could die, and I think I will. I see that Katelyn is in this class, and I get a little excited. The teacher sits us right next to each other. 'Bad idea' I think to myself. About halfway through the class Katelyn pokes me, and shows me an early dismissal pass. I sigh and shake my head not wanting her to leave. She writes an address down on a piece of paper, and at the top she labels it 'Go here after School'. I nod my head and she walks up to teacher and shows her the note. The teacher points to the door, and Katelyn exits the room. I am all alone for 20 minutes. So I just start drawing in my notebook.

I look up at the clock and see that there is 15 seconds left. I start packing my stuff up, so does the rest of the class. The teacher says 'Goodbye' and almost everyone runs out of the room to get out of this horrible place, and I have to stay here until I catch the person who killed my family. This might take a while. Everyone here seems super nice, maybe too nice, but still I don't wanna do that to my 'friends'. I am thinking all of this while I go to my locker. I open it and grab all of the 'homework' I have. I walk out to my car, unlock it, put the key in the ignition and start my baby. I pull out the slip of paper Katelyn gave my from my back pocket and drive. It is about a 10 minute drive, not too bad. I start to think it is a trap because the whole house is dark. I ring the doorbell and get ready for the worst. The door opens someone that looks like they just woke up.

"Sorry, Ma'am but do you know where I can find Ali?"
"Around the house to the left. There is a garage. You will probably find her there." Her voice is soothing, and calm.
"Thank you." I give her a smile and she returns it. I walk around the back and see a garage with some lights on. I walk toward it and quietly open the doors and what I see next almost made me wanna puke. Skylar and Katelyn making out. Like they haven't seen each other in years. As they are devouring each others faces I manage to plug a mic. in and I walk behind the couch where they are 'doing it'.

"GUYS! USE PROTECTION!"

I swear the jump up 30 feet. Katelyn fell of the couch and I think she just had a mini heart attack. Skylar is still in a haze.

"We weren't doing it Nia."
"But that was still funny. You guys jumped at least 30 feet."
"You would too if someone did that to you."
"That would be impossible for me to suck on someone's face." I say coolly.
"How is that." Katelyn sits up from falling kinda embarrased.
"I don't have a boyfriend." I say quietly.
"I didn't hear you can you speak up?" Skylar asks me, even though I am 100% sure he did from the grin on his face.
"I don't have a boyfriend." I look to the floor because they don't know the reason behind it, and during the last 15 seconds the rest of the group walks in.

"Nia, you don't have a boyfriend?!" Ali practically yells.
"No. I don't."
"Well all of the other guys must be pretty stupid . You are super pretty and I risking my relationship, but if I wasn't in one, I would date you." Oliver speaks up and Kodie 'slaps' him, but he ends up leaning down and kissing her while all the other guys are nodding agreeing with Oliver. Their girlfriends end up slapping them, but just like Oliver, they end up kissing the girls.

"Should we practice?" I say to avoid any more awkwardness.
"Yes. Here is your mic." Ali comes up to me and hands me a microphone.
"Theo? You have your guitar."
"Yes ma'am. I sure do."
"Okay Skylar, Katelyn get up here. You are part of this too."
"What song?" Katelyn asks.
"Nia you pick one."
"Okay how about 'Like I'm Gonna Lose you'?"
"Nice. Okay, Oliver drums, Theo guitar, Girls, backup singers, Jensen, how about you be the guy part, and Skylar.."
"I know recording." He says as he grabs a camera.
"Okay Oliver give us 3 counts."
"One, Two, OneTwoThree."
