Nia's POV:
I stare in shock. My uncle, head of the FBI is a criminal?! How can that happen? How long has he been insane? I start tearing up, he was the one that finished raising me when my parents went MIA. He was the only family I had.
He starts walking toward me and has an evil smile on his face.
"Nia, Nia, Nia. You have really become the agent we need."
"Who is 'we' because last time I checked, 'we' is not the FBI. I was kidnapped by the man who runs the FBI!"
"Eh. What can I say? The good cop thing got boring, and I found some new friends."
"Yea. Well I have too." Just then, the gang comes busting through the windows, doors. Yelling at the perps to drop their guns and to back up. Luckily for the 5 minutes it took to convince them to give up, there was no gunfire. Sam takes a pocket knife to my Uncle's throat. I run up to Sam and put my hand on his shoulder.
"It's not worth it."
Just then he looses up from being super tense. He looks at me and smiles.
"Besides, I got the whole thing recorded."
The gang smiles and laughs at the perps. We walk out of the building unharmed.
"Let's go to my house. We have school tomorrow," Kalie says. "My house is like 15 minutes away."
We all nod in agreement. We get to Kalie's house and we figure out sleeping arrangements. We decided couples in rooms. Sam leads me to our room and as soon as he closes the door I walk to the bed.
"Thank you for saving me, again." I look into his beautiful eyes, and I can see pain.
"Anything for you." He leans over and kisses me, he gets underneath the covers, so do I and I just hold on to him. I'm never letting him go.

Sam's POV:
When I wake up, Nia isn't in my arms anymore. I sit up right away and calm down when I hear the talking and the shower running. I check my phone and it is 5! I walk out into the kitchen where Theo and Oliver are talking.
"Dude! Your girlfriend had really long legs!" I tense up.
"How would you know that?"
"Oh when she walked out here, before she went into the shower, she just had in a T-shirt and underwear."
"Nia was walking around in her underwear? Huh." I cannot see Nia doing that. Ever since she was little, she aways needed pants or shorts on.
Just then she came out in a tight tee, leggings and high tops.
"Hey guys, are there locks on the doors?"
"No. Why?"
"Wanna wake everyone up?" Nia has an evil grin on her face.
"Sure." Us guys agree and Nia goes the the fridge.
"We need whip cream, cherries and a couple blowhorns."
We come up with a battle plan. We coat everyone in whip cream, put cherries on their face and take pictures of them. Then at 5:10 we all blow the horns and run back to our room.
5..4...3...2...1... EEEERRRRRRR!!
We wake everyone up and they are all super mad. We all quick run back to our room and lock the door.
"Alright. I'm gonna finish getting ready."
Nia goes to the little mirror in the room and straightens her hair. She is done in about 10 minutes.
"Hey guys. There is a 2-hour delay for school because of weather." Theo tells us while looking at his phone. We all smile and walk out to see the gang sleeping on the floor in front of our door.
"I gotta go get some groceries. Sam do you wanna come with me?"
"Yea, sure."
"K. You guys wake them up and tell them about the delay." Nia tells the guys in a strict tone.
Nia walks toward the door and I follow her.
"I'm taking Kalie's car. So hop in."
"Yes ma'am." Sam says in a goofy tone and we laugh. We get in the car and I turn the radio on. 'Cheap Thrills' comes on and I blast the radio. Nia opens her window and I do the same. We start singing.
"BABY I DON'T DOLLA BILLS TO FUN TONIGHT!" We scream until we hit a red light. The we act like 'normal people', too soon we get to the store. We walk in the parking lot up to the store, Nia takes my hand in hers as we walk in the doors. We find the food she needs and we start toward the checkout when Nia announces she forgot something.
"I'll wait here." I take her little cart and she jogs away. She comes back about 3 minutes later with a bag of something.
"What are those?" I ask and immediately regret it.
"MY CROCS!" Nia tells while she whips. "Did you really just do that?" I ask while walking to the cash register.
"Yes. Yes I did, and if you have a problem with that, too bad."
"Why I love you." I smile and turn to her and I wrap my arms around Nia's arm. She leans into it and smiles. Nia is getting ready to take out her wallet when I hand the cashier my credit card. Nia looks at me first with a look of anger but then a look of kindness. She gives me a quick peck on the cheek. I smile and turn to the cashier.
"That will be $38.46." She looks up at me as I swipe my card. Nia shoots her a look of disgust. The cashier hits a button on the machine and it asks for my signature. I sign my name in the line and grab the groceries for Nia. Nia grabs one bag quickly and walks away with it.
"What's the matter?" I look at her as we walk into the parking lot
"Nothing." Nia sticks to looking at the ground. I stay silent until we get to the car.
"Nia. You are a horrible liar. What is going on?"
"I told you nothing." Nia looks out the window avoiding my glance.
"If it was nothing, what were you hiding?" I reach behind the seats and grab 'the bag' before Nia could.
"Why do you have to hide," I look inside the bag. "Pregnancy Tests?" I look at Nia in horror.
"Are these for?" I am cut off by Nia saying.
"Katelyn. She felt funny the other day and I just needed to make sure, before..."
"Before what Nia?" She waits for a few seconds. Then turns to me and gives me a hug. I can barley make out the words
"Before Skylar goes away."
