"I got eyes on the target sir. She is in the hospital."
"Why is she in the hospital?"
"I wasn't able to finish the mission as planned."
"Why not."
"She was on a date. Her date caught the bullet for her."
"I don't think that is the case."
"What do you mean sir?"
"I think your personal feelings are clouding your judgement."
"Sir. That is not my intentions. I am doing what I think is right. Even if it goes behind the F.B.I.'s back."
"Good. Now I know we are on the same page."
"But sir what if we are wrong about this? I mean. Why do we have to kill this girl if we don't know what she did exactly?"
"Because I said so. That's why. No more questions"
"Yes sir." I hear him sigh over the phone.
"You need to let your personal connections with the target go. We can't have her finding out our business."
"With all due respect sir, what is our business?"
"That piece of information is way above your paygrade. Just focus on the mission at hand!"
"Yes Captain."
"Look. I have plans to get her group broken up. I just need you to acquire the target. I know this is hard for you."
"Sir? Why would be hard for me?" I try to sound stupid.
"Are you an idiot? I am her uncle, and you are her father!"
