I gripped his arm like I couldn't stand up by myself. I just and rang the doorbell, I could hear my brother, probably Derek walking to the door along with little yips. Derek was the eldest out of all my brothers and the one who was the least pain in my ass. Not that was saying much about his character. I have three brothers, of course, they are all older.  Derek, Shane, and Peter. Shane and Peter are twins, although they are completely different. Derek is 23 and Shane and Peter are 18. I was the baby, even though I am 17, only a year younger than the twins. My mom always said I was her miracle because she gave up hope after three boys.

Derek opened the door, he looked at my death grip Mark, "Come in we don't bite." He said to me. I knew what I had to do at that moment to mess with him. I took my arm away from Mark and pounced onto Derek. Little sisters need to be the most annoying creatures on the planet or older brothers will just be huge pains and think its ok. We started tumbling around I got on top of Derek, and said: "HA, I win." I stood up and helped Derek up, he looked a little upset that I won. Usually, I never win when he tries to fight me. It must be one of the new future Luna perks.

I saw Max running up to the door to greet me, a piece of meat in his little mouth. I picked him up and held him like a baby. 

"So you found your mate I see," Derek said looking at me, I knew he was slightly upset that his youngest sibling found their mate but he couldn't seem to find his.

 "I know you'll find your mate one day," I whispered to him, "I mean he may be a man... but you will find him." He just gave me a dirty look, yes his annoying little sister was back. If he did have a male mate I would just be as happy as a female mate, they would be paired for a reason. 

"MOM KATE'S MAKING FUN OF ME AGAIN!" He yelled at the top of his lungs, I heard two sets of feet running as fast as they could. My twin brothers came and gave me a hug. "I thought we would never see you again, why did you let a man take you away from us," Peter said into my hair. I have then pulled away into a massive hug by Shane, "I didn't know who I would make fun of if I didn't have you." Shane said. I laughed, "you guys are acting like I haven't seen you in years. You annoyed me the other day during breakfast." I did feel a twinge of guilt, Mark wasn't taking me away from them, just borrowing me from time to time.

My mom and dad walked hand in hand "Whose this?" finally acknowledging my mate after being attacked by my brothers, I gave him a look. "This is my mate and your future alpha." Everyone gasped, it was as shocking as when Maury tells a guy they are the baby daddy.

I could feel the tension creep up on me after all my dad told me that I had to wait to find my mate until I was at least 78. All of a sudden the door opened up with a bang, giving me a slight reprieve, my very human and very pregnant friend Mia popped in. "I am about to die of hunger if no one feeds me." She said in a very serious voice. Everyone chuckled except my older brother Derek. He was staring at her like she was the last meal on earth. It hit me that Mark looks at me the exact same way.

"NO NO NO." I screamed, "YOU CAN NOT MATE WITH MY VERY PREGNANT FRIEND MIA." She looked at me, "You never said your brother was hot." she said with a smirk. She knew all about Werewolves and their stupid mates. She knew what was going on and she knew I would hate this. Derek walked up to her and kissed her, the stupid pregnancy/mating hormones would mean something I did not want to think about. I mean she was 8 1/2 months pregnant. 

Mia moved to our town 6 months ago, she ran away from her old town after her parents kicked her out. She only had a few friends, I knew about one of them named Ann or Alyssa or something. I'm glad that she couldn't take in Mia or I would just die, she was my best friend. In that 6 months she became my best friend, she practically lived here. I'm glad that Derek was away until now or I would hear way too much about things I don't want to know about my brother.

They went to the living room and were cuddling on the couch while I sat with Mark on the other couch, everybody else took chairs like they wouldn't want to be with the 'lovebirds' Mia was telling Derek about her old life and we all paid attention to her. Her old life was as dramatic as that Maury episode we were living in earlier.

"Well it all started out with this sleazeball guy who I was dating, he knocked me up and my parents kicked me out. Which I don't know why I mean I get that me having a baby out of wedlock is kinda bad but I mean I was their daughter. I was living with Chester when he found out I was pregnant and had nothing to do with me." She pretty much explained the worst part of her life, which I already knew. Derek was looking at her like she was a million bucks, 

I looked at Mark who was only half listening to the story, he seemed to be talking to someone through the mind link, maybe someone from his pack? Then my dad also seemed to be talking to someone through the mind link, which is kind of suspicious but I decided to drop it.

"I. Am. Hungry." Mia said, being freakishly large as a pregnant lady I knew that she always was hungry, "My darling I will go to the end of the earth to find you food I will search far and wide to get you something to eat I'll-" Derek said, but I quickly interrupted him by saying "Or you could get us Mcdonald's?"

"Ohhh that sounds so good right now." Mia said rubbing her stomach.

When we got back we saw the twins playing basketball, Mark joined them soon after, him being the natural athlete he is. I just watched them play with amusement. The boys were really getting into the game the twins against Mark. Since he had alpha blood it was a good match between the three boys. I was smiling when Mia came out, she leaned into me.

Mia was talking about how her stomach hurt, and it probably was not a good idea to eat all that greasy but great fast food. All of a sudden a girl wearing barely any clothes jogs by, she starts eying mark up and down, along with her brothers.

"Hi I'm Jessica." She said trying to sound sexy but just sounded like a dying cat. I had a couple problems with this girl.

Who runs with a full face of makeup?

Who just tries to talk to a guy who is in his yard?

Finally, THAT IS MY MATE!

I walked up to her, "Oh that's my Mark, and those are My brothers." I tried said with a fake smile plastered on my face. She bumped into me, she sneered at me. Mark walked up to us, "Hey baby." he said to me. She looked at him, knowing it was for me she gave me a look. "No offense.. Mark, but you can do a lot better than her," she said looking me up and down. Who the fuck was this girl to judge me? Before Mark could stand up for me my fist collided with her nose. Hearing a crunch under my hand my wolf was a bit more satisfied. Mark grabbed me around the waist and kissed the top of my head as the girl ran away.

"You guys!" Mia screamed, I didn't noticed that there was liquid on the ground right below Mia. Derek ran out of the house.

"My babies having babies." he said jumping up and down, I was glad that he was happy for her but we needed to get her to a hospital. I rolled my eyes, "get in the car Mia." I said laughing at my brother. Derek got in the back with her, holding her hand while Mark got in the front with me. I sped down the highway to the hospital, I already knew which one she needed to go to. I was her coach for birthing lessons since she didn't have anyone yet. I'm glad that Derek is the one who will hold her hand, she has some serious strength for a human.

We arrived at the hospital, they checked her in and all we had to do was wait outside. I was by the vending machines with Mark. I nuzzled into him, it wasn't the perfect place to cuddle with him since it was so uncomfortable, that's when Mark pulled me into his lap.

"Your thoughts were wide open dear," he said nuzzling into me.

"I love you," I whispered knowing he could hear, I mean hello werewolf senses are like freaking amazing.

"I love you back," he said with no pause.

This was a perfect moment with Mark. I know that I didn't even want a mate yesterday but you can't help wolf hormones.
