I never thought I would....

Chapter 12

Caiden's POV

Once we got home we told Alex's parents about Kaitlan... Lets just say Alex's mum was very annoyed and made sure we had her out of here by the end of the day. Ayden looked pissed as well... probably my fault... I still felt so bad for what happened this morning.

I knew Alex held no grudge, I just didn't like the fact I believed my bitchy ex over my perfect boyfriend... Once everything had settled down I dragged Alex to his room and pushed him down on the bed. I wasted no time before I was hovering above him with our lips connected. His arms wound round my neck and pulled me down so I was lay on top of him our chest pushed together. I ran one hand down his beautiful body and moved to the back of his left thigh, he got the message and wrapped his legs around my hips allowing me to be fully pressed against him. I pulled away and pressed my face into his neck, placing small kisses before just nuzzling and then lying still. His legs were still wrapped around my waist and his hands tangled in my hair keeping me close. He knew I felt bad and knew nothing he would say could change my mind so he was letting me know that it was okay and all was forgotten. I love him so much. So freaking much.

Alex's POV

I knew he still felt guilty no matter how many times I'd told him not to so I let him get whatever he needed to out of his system. We were cuddled on my bed with him pulling me impossibly close. I ran my fingers through his hair and ran my fingers down his neck. I knew this was one of the ways to calm him down, he eventually pulled away his face was flushed an adorable pink colour and he had tear stains running down his cheeks, may sound really weird but he looked so gorgeous. I felt so happy that I can all this gorgeous boy mine. "What?" I asked out of my thoughts to see a confused look on his face "huh?" He chuckled "you were starting" I smiled softly again. "I was starting because I can't believe you're all mine" I softly ran my fingers down his cheek and over his lips. He leaned into my touch. "You good now?" He blushed and nodded. "Sorry about that, the thought of losing you made me feel something I never want to feel. Am I okay to just hold you like this for a while longer?" He sounded like a wounded puppy. One look in his eyes and my heart physically hurt. His eyes held the most heart broken and child like emotion I had ever seen." I leaned in and kissed him gently before wrapping him in my arms, he sighed and held tighter.
Should he be feeling this so soon into our relationship, actually I'm pretty flattered that he does. I mean he could literally get any guy he wanted to, literally but he chose me.

I don't know if I love him just yet but I think I'm falling pretty fast. How am I going to tell Katie? She'll rip my head off. Thing is I wouldn't put it past her. She's pretty ruthless.

We fell asleep like that, Caiden cuddled into my chest, however we woke up with me facing his chest, he was still holding on tightly. I moved my head to look up at him to see him still asleep, I carefully slid out of his arms so I wouldn't wake him. Checking the clock I saw we had hours before school started, so I walked down the stairs quietly and made my way to the kitchen to get a drink. When I entered I found my mother sat at the island with a glass of milk with her. She looked up as she heard me enter "Couldn't sleep either sweetheart?" I shook my head "Nah I just woke up and needed to stretch and get a drink so I came down." She nodded her head then stared at the wall opposite her. "What was wrong with Caiden earlier?" I sighed knowing this was going to come eventually. "Well earlier Kaitlan told him id threated to hit her and convinced him to leave me here this morning. So when he confronted me I just freaked and literally told him everything on my mind including that I think he's better suited for Kaitlan and what not. So when we got home and told you everything about Kaitlan he dragged me upstairs then refused to let go of me. He felt so guilty about it as well. I just held him until we fell asleep" My mum was smiling softly at the end of my little story. "He's a good kid. Lucky to have you" chuckling I shook my head getting ready to disagree but before I could a warm hand made its way over my lips and a deep sexy voice made its way to my ears "She s right babe, I'm so lucky to call you mine"  His hand left my mouth and made its way to my chin turning my head so my lips became captive by his own. After a short ten second kiss he pulled away and wrapped both arms around my waist and pulled me off the chair I was sat on took my place then pulled me onto his lap. Immediately pushing his head into my neck.  "You like hiding there don't you?" He nodded and kissed my neck. He's so cute. We stayed in the kitchen with my mum until she suggested we go back to bed and try to get some shut eye, making our way back to our room was harder than expected in the dark, we'd turned the kitchen light of plunging the house into pitch black. I fell up the stairs three times, Caiden catching me every time. Although he never took his hand off of my waist so I wasn't really going anywhere anyways.

We eventually made it back to the bedroom climbed back into bed and fell asleep almost immediately.

I woke to the sound of my alarm blaring and an empty bed. Once the blasted alarm clock was shut up the sounds of the shower filled my ears along with a god like voice. Of course he can fucking sing. What can't he do? Ugh stupid overly sexy boyfriend. I was sat on my bed pouting when he entered the room once again. Raising an eyebrow he walked over to me in his half naked glory. "What's the pout for?" I then narrowed my eyes causing a little smirk to flick across his lips. I stood up and pushed past him and locked my bathroom door. I could hear him chuckling outside. Stupid person. Anyway moving on. My shower lasted 20 minutes. Showering in the morning is the best and also worst thing. Since in the shower your all warm and then as soon as you get out... BOOM... Instant Antarctica.

Leaving my bathroom and padding across the cold floor I re-entered my bedroom to find some clothes laid out on my bed. A note was attached. It read "Wear these, you're going to look soo unbelievably sexy. Considering the jeans are going to show off your perfect butt ;)" I blushed at that part "and the jumper is mine" I felt a giddy feeling. He wants me to go to school wearing his clothes... Not to mention its his sports hoodie, all the guys on the team get a hoodie with their numbers and names on it, I don't know its to show team spirit or something. Is he trying to tell everyone?

Anyways I put the hoodie on either way and walked down the stairs to see Caiden sorting out his gym bag. Oh yeah, his sports, the coach was out for a few weeks down to injury and they couldn't find a replacement good enough so the guys had to keep themselves sorted for a while. Caiden spent his weekends keeping up to date with everything, Also CC has been gone for two weeks on a school trip around the country going through different museums and stuff like that... She's a history nerd or so Caiden tells me. I think me and her are going to get on quite well she seems like my kind of person.

We arrived at school and I parked my car in a spot hidden from the main doors, Caiden took his chance to lean in a drop a soft kiss on my lips before stoking my cheek, looking me up and down before winking and climbing out of the car. I shook my head and followed his example. Grabbing my backpack and Caiden grabbed his gym stuff we walked to the main school doors, nobody seemed to be staring yet... This is good. He subtly grabbed my hand and squeezed it before walking over to his friends. Since my locker was on the other side of the school I made my way through the large groups of loud gossiping teens. They all fell silent when I walked past, then the whispering started "That's Caidens hoodie" blah blah blah.

It's gonna be one of them days
