10 HOURS TILL THE PROM
SCHOOL:
"So Mikasa." Sasha was sitting across Mikasa and poke her hand. "Who are you going with?" She asked.
"M-me? W-well." Mikasa was embarrassed to say who she's going with.
"What's wrong? You don't have one?" Sasha asked curiously. "Or you just don't want to share it to me?" Sasha frown and crossed her arms.
"Okay okay alright it's Eren okay?!" Mikasa blurted out.
"E-eh?! Eren?!" Sasha was more shock than usual. "I-i thought that it's Levi?"
Mikasa looks at her then looks down. "No. It's not him. Eren asked me first."
"Would it be okay for him?"
Mikasa rolled her eyes. "Why are you asking me all of this?"
"Come on Mikasa! I'm your best friend! Best Friends are supposed to tell everything!"
"He's okay with it." Mikasa smiled and was glad that Sasha didn't know what happen between them before.
LUNCHTIME:
"Mikasa" Levi appeared on her side and sits beside her. Sasha,Armin,Connie,Jean and even Eren was there in a big table. Eren didn't dare to look at Levi since he was really mad at him. Levi sighed and stared at Eren. "Oi brat!" He called out which made everyone froze.
"W-what do you want?!" Eren replied cooly.
"Can we talk? Outside?" Levi said calm as usual. Mikasa was even more surprised. She had this feeling that these two will end up getting along. Eren was still staring at Levi. He wasn't expecting this. All he could think of was if Levi & him will fight again.
"Oi!" Eren's thought disappeared as he nodded.
"What's going on with those two?" Jean asked. Mikasa just smiled and continued to eat.
Levi's POV
I asked Eren to come with me so we can fix this shitty problem. I'm doing this for Mikasa for the sake of our relationship. And I know she has the guts that we'll end up getting along. Eren was behind me who still didn't spoke up a word. We end up standing on the old oak tree. I faced Eren and look into his eyes. But he didn't stare back. I cleared my throat. Thank goodness, he can look right into me.
"So. About that shit things happened going on between us. I would like to say that. I know that I screw everything up. And your right. I was being selfish. I knew your into Mikasa but. I do so too." I stopped when Eren's eyes went wide and looks away. "I know that." He mumbled.
"So as I was saying... I-I'm sorry. I'm sorry for being really harsh on you when it comes to her. I just. I just don't want something happen to her." I finished my sentence as I look at Eren who was flushed. Eren leaned on the tree and sighed. "I'm sorry too. For taking Mikasa away from you. I just. I just wanted to be with her too." Eren stared at the sky. "That's why I asked her to be my prom date."
"But you have her now." I replied. Eren looks at me and nodded. "Would it be okay for you?" I shrugged and turns to look at the sky. Eren stood up behind me and I felt his hand on my shoulder. I turn around. "T-Thanks."
Mikasa's POV
I wonder how those two went.. I thought as I was looking for them. Crap. They're not here.
I searched outside and I saw them,sitting on the ground,talking to each other. I smiled even more. My guts was right. I chuckled as I head back to where Sasha and the gangs were.
Eren's POV
I'm really glad that Levi and I gotten really along. I love the feeling when you aren't in fighting situation. It feels really peaceful and your thoughts aren't going to be wild crazy anymore. I stared at Levi who was playing,twisting the flower.
"When did you start liking her?" I asked.
"Who?"
"Mikasa."
"Ah." He said. I waited for his answer but he just looks at me right in the eye which made me really nervous right now.
"Why are you asking me this?" He asked.
"Well. I-I have no other things to ask you honestly." I replied cooly.
I heard him made a tch sound and mumbled, "Such a brat." I rolled my eyes. "Come on Levi speak out!"
"When I met Mikasa, I actually hated her at first. But then when we both gotten along really well,that's the time I started to have feelings for her. " I chuckled.
"Now that's some sick relationship going!" I saw Levi glared at me after I said those and I look away. "Sorry."
"Tch brat. Let's get going." I nodded and stood up and we both went back to the inside
