"You want us to go skiing with you?" Chloe asked, her arms crossing over one another.

"Of course, you guys are my best friends. My family won't mind." Jasper explained.

"More like you're too scared to be with your family." Charlotte said as she rolled her eyes, she was still focused on her phone texting Adrian. What Charlotte hadn't known was that her words made Jasper become sad.

"We'll come with you." Chloe responded quite quickly as Jasper then smiled widely, his eyebrows lifted in excitement.

"Yeah, Chloe will go." Charlotte said.

"Charlotte," Jasper whined "we're only going to be there for three days, plus there are plenty of guest rooms in the cabin."

"Adrian asked me to meet with him tomorrow, I can't go with you guys."

"Just please come, or else my parents will think I'm dating Chloe even though I clearly explained to them that I'm not." Jasper complained.

"Just let her go on that date, it's the first time in forever that she has finally been asked." Chloe then said.

"Hey." Charlotte defended, crossing her arms.

"Fine, but that date better be worth it." Jasper warned Charlotte, he didn't want that date to be unworthy of her time which caused her not to have gone with them.

"I hope it will." Charlotte muttered, then smiling as she most possibly thought of Adrian.

Chloe was replaying the time when Luke and her went skiing for the first time. Luke didn't exactly know what to do, but after a few tumbles and flips he finally had the hang of it. She remembered them laughing at that exact cause, Chloe was always fond of skiing and didn't hesitate to show Luke some of her many tricks. Luke complained that she was showing off, not knowing how to do any of what Chloe showcased for him.

"I'm not a show off." Chloe then giggled loudly as she spoke her thought, causing Jasper and Charlotte to look at her as if she were a madwoman. She had noticed what she had said, her mouth hanging open.

"Please don't tell me that you were thinking of Luke just then," Charlotte groaned "please." She repeated.

"I'm pretty sure she was. Remember when she told us all about her ski trip with Luke," Jasper started "and how she was apparently showing off to him."

"Shut up, I'm not thinking about him." Chloe argued, heavily sighing.

"Sorry Chloe, but it's obvious." Charlotte said.

"Okay maybe I was," Chloe sighed through the words spoken "but that was because we were talking about skiing." She lamely pointed out.

"Right," Jasper sarcastically replied "you seem to always think of the memories you have with Luke."

"Not always." Chloe suddenly blurted out, covering her mouth with her bare hand.

"Chloe Williams, I have caught you red handed." Jasper dramatically said, grinning like an idiot.

"You're such an idiot." Charlotte said as she shook her head, typing quicker as she laughed.

They all had quite a laugh before a loud knocking sound cut them off, the three looked at each other in hopes of an answer.
