"Please be careful." Luke said, calling over to Chloe as she continued to ice skate with a high speed."I'll be fine," she then slowly made her way over to Luke who was staying in one spot "do you want to play a game?"
"You literally sound like a six year old." Luke teased, his hand finding its way in her hair as he stared deeply into her eyes.
"Luke," Chloe groaned "will you please play a game with me?"
"Okay, sure." Chloe smirked as Luke said those words, he became very curious and pulled his hand out of Chloe's hair.
"Tag, you're it." Chloe giggled, tapping Luke on the shoulder before she began to safely skate away from him. Luke scoffed playfully, balancing on the ice before chasing after Chloe.
Eventually, Luke tagged Chloe, but due to Luke's "awesome" skills, she had gotten him back quickly but Luke's sudden reaction was to fall forward. He could hear Chloe's loud laughs, not long before Luke brought her down with him. Now they both had an excuse to laugh at each other, Luke thought this was the most beautiful moments shared between them. He really loved her so very much, and so did Chloe. But they were stupid teenagers, not knowing what love meant to them and how they could express it.
"You are so beautiful." Luke admitted, helping Chloe up.
"You're lying." She replied with a blush.
"I'm honestly not," Luke proclaimed through a big grin "and I can't believe that you're my girlfriend."
"Why's that?"
"Well I'm just Luke, and you're Chloe the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. I don't deserve to be your boyfriend." He sighed, watching as Chloe shook her head.
"No, Luke. I said yes, because I love you." Chloe finally had said those three words, but she always imagined Luke to say it first.
"I love you more." They shared how they felt with each other.
"I have no clue what you're thinking, but I'm texting her right now." Michael firmly said, scrolling through his contacts.
"You're crazy, what if she changed her number?" Luke explained, swatting Michael's hand away from his phone.
"Knowing Chloe, she probably has kept her number." Michael said as he rolled his eyes at Luke.
"You know what, do whatever you want," Luke replied with anger "she will never reply, because you're my best friend."
"I'm a good best friend, maybe it's just you." Michael defended, Luke narrowing his eyes at him.
Luke thought about the possible scenarios to what Chloe would say, she would most likely ignore it and continue her what seems like an amazing life. Or Chloe could text back with 'please stop texting me' but if she was wanting to be positive 'hello, how are you?', Luke smiled as he thought about Chloe, but told himself off knowing that he had to forget about her and everything they did together.
"I doubt she'll answer," Luke paused "you, Ashton, Calum and I haven't talked to ever since I left her."
"And whose fault is that?"
"I don't know."
"It's yours, Luke," Michael groaned "you loved her so much, but you left her, not my fault, not Calum's fault and not Ashton's fault."
Michael rolled his eyes at Luke before continuing to type a message to Chloe, he really liked Chloe. She was like his little sister, even though they were only a couple years apart. Chloe would help Michael with any situation and when he found out what Luke had done to her, Michael didn't talk to him for months for that exact reason.
"Maybe you're right, but you don't know how hard it was for me to leave such a beautiful woman. I'm trying to forget my love for her, because maybe I still love her." Luke raised his voice, his hands clenched tightly.
"I bet she doesn't love you anymore, and perhaps you shouldn't either." Michael admitted, tightly holding his phone.
"Then what's the point in messaging her?"
"I want things to be good between us, I lost my best friend all because of you." Michael responded through gritted teeth.
"Do whatever you want, but this doesn't change my opinion on how she'll ignore the message." Luke rolled his eyes.
"It's worth a shot."
