Chloe was pressing the ink against the page needing to be filled with details, she worked for a well run business, and having to work as an assistant for the overly rich man was classified as a privilege. Although, many things have its consequences, like having to wear right attire in order to look fairly presentable, and she didn't know having to suffer under the pressure of clothing will be identified as looking well presented. At the moment she was filling in paperwork required to be handed in by the next time she was in, thus meaning the next morning, which was in approximately eight hours. The clock reached midnight and both Charlotte and Jasper had still not arrived at their apartment, she started to worry at both their whereabouts. Not so much Charlotte as at least she informed her that she was going to be with Adrian, but only for dinner down south.
Her hand began to ache at the sudden heaviness she brought upon the black inked pen, careful not to make a single mistake as she transferred her notes from her laptop to the many pages before her. So far she has only nine more pages to fill, and then she could finally close her eyes to receive sleep that she was currently craving.
Chloe's phone began to vibrate to indicate that someone was calling, she sighed in relief as it read 'rich boy Jas', Chloe decided to laugh quietly as memories played upon her mind as she thought of her best friend.
"Hola, Jas." Chloe smiled widely, having to know she had a break from the stress giving assignment.
The phone call from then on was as high on the level of her stress on the paperwork, having to know Michael has now accessed Jasper's phone. How amusing that Michael and Jasper had supposedly met in a bar Jasper usually attends, but Michael he was unexplainable to why he would enter a tacky bar that only desperate teenagers with fake ID's would go to.
Chloe then prepared to leave the apartment, ready to pick up Jasper from Michael's arms. Chloe couldn't help, but imagine the picture of Michael helping Jasper as both ex best friend and current best friend were conversing in a low status bar.
-
"Come on, Luke," Michael scowled, forcefully pushing eager teenage girls off of Luke who was currently dancing, drunk to the max "we're leaving."
"No." Luke hissed, Michael attempted to grab Luke's forearm and pull him away, but Luke pushed Michael off of him with much force.
"Yes," although, yet again Luke escaped from Michael's grip and began to direct himself in the other way "fine, whatever, find your own way home."
Luke didn't bother to listen with whatever Michael to say, he then turned to view Jasper sitting on a bar stool, waiting patiently as Michael ordered him to do so. He sighed heavily as Michael approached the man who fought hard to stay awake for the period of time, as Chloe was making her way to the bar she surprisingly already had knowledge towards.
"Luke won't come."
"That guy? He hurt my best friend, she still talks about him a lot though," Jasper then gasped at his sudden performance of words, Michael's reaction was in complete shock as he was speechless "please don't tell anyone I said that, Chloe and Charlotte will not be happy with me."
"I won't, now lets leave and wait for Chloe to arrive." Michael mumbled, carefully dragging Jasper's intoxicated body through the door before being blinded by many flashing lights, questions flooding his hearing as his grip tightened around Jasper's forearm. Michael was stupid to have walk straight through the doors without knowing whether Chloe was where he wanted her to be, but unfortunately no cars were in sight as the burning of flashing lights were covering his eyesight.
