"Join us for midnight sight seeing?" Jasper's father asked of the both of them.

"We're fine." He quickly answered even before Chloe could.

"What about your girlfriend?" This had made Jasper groan loudly, Chloe had denied his offer just to be there for Jasper.

"She's not my girlfriend."

"Oh," his father responded "make sure to tell me when you two are dating, we'd have to organise the wedding and whatnot."

"I'm not looking into marriage anytime soon, dad."

Chloe nudged Jasper, his tone had raised and Chloe knew exactly why. His parents were always into getting their children to get married at a young age and take part of their business. Jasper never wants that or anything to do with the career, he wanted to find someone who would treat him right and would love him as equally.

"We'll just settle on hot chocolate." Chloe replied with a shy smile, pulling Jasper away after she had said bye on behalf of her and Jasper.

Jasper was frowning as he sat on the chair stool, his head buried in his hands. All Chloe could ever do was wrap her arms around Jasper and hope for the best, he had these type of arguments with his family and Jasper never seemed to like it even if it was the tiniest bit. Chloe's parents were bubbly and unusual in a good way and she loved that so much about them, so many memories shared between her family and her.

"I'll make some hot chocolate," Chloe suggested "how many marshmallows?"

"Two please, one pink and the other white." Jasper smiled, and so did Chloe as she had noticed.

"There's that smile," Chloe chuckled "now time to make hot chocolate, one with especially two marshmallows, one pink and the other white." she recited his words.

"Do you need help."

"Trust me, I have this all under control." But in fact Chloe did not, she followed the instructions on how to make this somewhat special hot chocolate.

"Here I'll help." Jasper whispered, walking slowly over to Chloe, standing behind her before reaching out for her arms to take control.

"I have this all in contr - " but Chloe paused as she turned over to Jasper, he was deeply looking into Chloe's eyes. He was biting his lip and looking down at her figure. Chloe was surprised that she hadn't felt uncomfortable with the small gap between them, she in fact felt secure and comfortable in a way that made her think many things.

Jasper did something unexpected, he was soon leaning into Chloe even more. His eyes looking over to her pink plump lips, his eyes held with much care while Chloe's were closed. Jasper's soft lips were lightly placed on Chloe's, shortly after Chloe had responded to the kiss and her arms found her way around his neck. Chloe had felt many feelings towards the kiss, but she knew that it was one amazing feeling. Jasper were the one to pull away, he only looked into her eyes and did nothing more. Chloe's eyebrows furrowed in hopes for an answer for that sudden action, she didn't complain but she just needed an answer.

"I'm so sorry," Jasper then panicked "oh god, you love Luke and I can't believe I did that to you." Only now Chloe noticed her love for Luke, how could have she forgotten about him?

"In all honesty, the kiss was good."

"You aren't freaking out?"

"Yes I am." Chloe wished to have said, but instead she said the total opposite.

"Not at all," Chloe blushed, Jasper doing so too "in fact, I kind of liked it." She said quite quick, not being able to be heard by Jasper.

"Pardon?"

"Oh, nothing."

"Let's not make, what just happened, awkward."

"One hundred percent agreed." Chloe replied awkwardly, not knowing what else to have said.

They stood in silence, Chloe not noticing how her arms were still around his neck and Jasper's arms were tightly wrapped around her's. Jasper and Chloe didn't hesitate to continue looking into each other's eyes, not knowing what to say or do.

"Do you want to watch a movie?" Chloe asked, somewhat not wanting to let go of Jasper, as he thought the same.

"Sure," Jasper said through a grin "but I'm making the hot chocolate and you're choosing the movie."

"It's settled."

So they went on and let go of each other, swiftly moving to get what they were assigned to, done. Chloe flipped over many movies that Jasper and her brought. Perhaps The Notebook? Good movie, but not in the mood - Chloe thought - Titanic? Too afraid to cry a river -thoughts running through her mind - Tinkerbell? Guessing Jasper brought that - she laughed - Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, was what Chloe had decided.

"Should I guess, or is it obvious?" Jasper asked, placing down two full mugs of hot chocolate.

"It's obvious."

"I'm guessing, Harry Potter?" Chloe dramatically gasped, placing a hand over her heart.

"How did you know?"

"I've known you ever since we found out we were roommates," Jasper sarcastically remarked "and your tumblr is entirely full of Harry Potter quotes and gifs."

"Not sure how it got there." Chloe muttered, she lied.

Luke had gotten her addicted to Harry Potter, they would always watch it as Luke's choice, but Chloe had never watched all of them at that time. He was always discussing how Harry and Hermione should've ended up together even though Chloe predicted Ron and her would. Luke made Chloe smile, as she had the same effect of Luke. He loved the way she would laugh at many parts of the movies, or cries, and maybe even both. He loved Chloe just the way she was, and Chloe loved him the same way. Their love was equal, but that's what they both had thought.

"Mademoiselle Chloe, you have a cuddling appointment with moi." Jasper laughed, making Chloe do so.

"Then I shall not miss that important appointment." Chloe soon found herself in Jasper's embrace, the movie starting.

That kiss, was what Chloe thought of. It wasn't identical to the feeling she felt whenever Luke and her had kissed, she would feel fireworks for Luke, but as for Jasper, that feeling still stays Unknown.
