April 1, 2014

Today we were finding out the gender of the baby. I couldn't believe that Michael was even more excited than I was.

Kayla and mum were going with us. Michael had to be in sort of a disguise so no one would recognize him, but then remember that he had died. I thought it was good to make sure that no one had suspicions.

We arrived at the hospital and soon after, Michael and I walked into a room because we were called in. The nurse smiled at us, and I sat on the table. She had me lift my shirt, and she squirted the gel on my stomach. I had done this many times already.

She moved the wand around and began to look at what was there. She had a surprise look on her face, then moved the wand to more placed on my stomach. Her face twisted into a confused one.

"W-What's wrong?" I asked worriedly.

"I don't.. I don't know.." She told me. I got scared. I grabbed into Michael hand. I grasped it hard.

"Mikey..." I looked at him and bit my lip.

"What the-" the nurse began, right before she fainted.

"Oh my god!" I exclaimed.

"Don't panic, Pandora. I'll get help. You being worried want help whatever is going on," Michael told me, running out of the room.

He came back just moments later with a doctor to see if the nurse was okay. He said she was going to be fine, but he wasn't sure why she passed out. He grabbed the wand and continued the ultrasound.

After a minute, he began to get the same expressions the nurse had. Surprised face, hen confused. I was totally worried.

"I don't know what-" the doctor stopped, "you want to know the gender, correct?"

"Yes," I smiled.

"It's.. a... girl!" He exclaimed and paused, "April Fools! It's a boy," he told us.

"So it is a boy?" I asked. I wasn't sure what part he was joking about.

"Yes, it's a boy," he confirmed. I smiled. I looked at Mikey for a split second. I heard the doctor gasp, then looked to see him, fainting.

"What the f-" I began, only to be cut off by Michael.

"Babe, don't worry. I have no idea what they're seeing," he told me. Michael grabbed the wand and traced it over my stomach.

"Woah," he turned the screen towards me, "That's the baby. I don't know what they're seeing.."

Suddenly, I felt the baby move. It showed the baby turning towards us on the screen. The facial expression, of what we could see, was mean and the baby flipped us off with its tiny middle finger. Was that on purpose or what?

"Oh my god!" Michael exclaimed, "that's the devil in the baby."

"Mikey," I panted, worried, "why did the baby do that?"

"Because I'm dead.. It's sort of possessed, at least that's what my dad told me would happen. Vivien had told him stories of what happened to the one nurse when she was pregnant with the other Michael. she quit her job because of what she saw. She must've seen something a lot worse."

"But that's terrible. Why is the baby doing that?"

"I told you. It's because I'm dead. It's all my fault. I'm sorry," he looked down to his hands.

"Don't worry, Mikey. Our baby is kind of possessed. No big deal," I told him, "well.. That sounded weird.."

"Yeah, it did," he laughed, "but I understand what you mean."

"Yeah. I love you and I don't care what kind of child you create. It'll be our baby. Hopefully it won't kill anyone at the age of three, like your half-brother did."

"Mhm," he laughed.

"Now we're laughing about it!?" I was confused, but I still laughed.

We got my stomach cleaned off and walked out into the waiting room where my mom and Michael's mom were. We told a doctor about the nurse and doctor in that room, the ones who had fainted. We mentioned that we didn't know why they fainted, but we did know why. We left with mom and Kayla, telling them what we had found out on the way home. We left out the part about the baby doing what it did.

"It's a boy!" I exclaimed, smiling.

"That's great!" Mom seemed excited, and so did Kayla. This would be both of their first grandchildren.

When we got home, Michael and I decided that we would tell them what the baby did. They were creeped out at first. They didn't know what to think. It seems like they were sort of scared of what the baby was going to turn out like. I didn't want my child to be killing people by the age of three. I don't ever want my child killing someone.

"Michael.." I began to ask when we were in my room.

"Yeah?" He wondered, telling me to go on.

"Tell me how you died.."
