[During the Battle of New York, the Hidden Children of Freya, who were supposed to be the protectors of Midgard, remained unseen. As punishment, the Goddess claimed one girl to carry the burden of the cursed Amulet.
Forced to keep the powers of the Amulet, Odin the Alfather together with Freya, task her to bear Loki's talents inside---never knowing that Freya, as the Goddess of Divination, had already planned Loraine's journey from the very beginning to start her story across the stars, timeless.

She is the bearer of Loki's powers.
After World War II, Freya, the goddess of magic, taught twelve mortals of the magical runes. Since then, they have been appointed as the protectors of Earth. However, Odin, the all-father, despised her motives so the Liv was forced into hiding and was called the Hidden Children.
During the Battle in New York, frightened, the Hidden Children remained unseen. The Courts have declined their offer to fight with Earth's mightiest heroes. Thus, Freya cursed one child for all the Liv's treacherous actions and burdened her with an Amulet strong enough to absorb any ability.
Loraine was the child. As the bearer of this ability, she knew the world ahead of her would be rough. Her destiny soon unfurls as Odin gives her a quest.
When Loki was locked up in Asgard, Thor and Odin took his powers away and sealed it but someone was always tempted to steal it, so they needed help.
The help was her.
To be the bearer of Loki's powers was the task, but every day, as she maneuvers her way in Asgard's enchanting palace and Loki's beguiling gaze, every day makes it seem as if she has to bear the God of Mischief's heart as well.
