As he looked at Loraine, sitting calmly on the bed with one of her palms open, he was astonished of how this girl could come back and forgive him. After he had just put a drama to her and started kissing her, using that as a trick.

He moved his way to the mouth of the cell where he could see dim pictures of monsters imprisoned here.

He had tricked her, and this particular woman sat there waiting for his choice.

Loraine had to do this. She had to keep her patient and herself calm - calm at all times. She had to know that what she did on her first duty was wrong - that trying to hurt him with her powers was wrong. Her dark temptations almost got the best of her when she slapped him but she refrained.

She cleared her throat. "You know... If you want me to wait for a century..." Loraine started.

Loki turned, eager to hear her words. He was expecting her to finish her sentence with something a bit cheesy, but it didn't come out as what he expected.

"Then forget it."

"Forget it? You want to forget that the amulet is with me?" But he knew better.

She raised her eyebrows. "Um... Not actually." She stood. "We are wasting time... You know what they say... Time is Gold."

"What do you mean?" Loki shoved his hand at his back.

Loraine sighed. "I mean that you can keep it if you like. If you really miss your power that much then keep it."

Loki's face lit up with joy behind the thickness of the multiple emotions he had. Some of it spilled. "You wouldn't mind?" He was entirely confused. Loraine handed it to him freely. If this was just okay for her, why didn't she just give it to Loki from the first place, mainly to avoid all the acting he had went through? It wasn't easy for Loki to catch up with that lovey-dovey sentiment.

As he thought about this, the emotion in his face melted. Something was bothering him. His instincts were already tickling as to why Loraine gave it to him that way.

"Yes. You can, but..." Loraine said. She knew what she was doing. She was keeping Loki in control. She couldn't have another time wasted. Few hours had already passed since she went here, Sif might have worried for her now.

"Do me a favor and don't show that to Thor or Odin or even your mother Frigga." She continued.

Loki scoffed. "Why would I even show it to them?"

She went over and circled him."Because... We are going to meet them."

"Wait! Hold on a moment. What are you blabbering about? We are meeting them?" He interjected and turned to what side she stood. "We aren't meeting them."

Loraine waved her hand as if to say duh. "Uh hello? If you want to get out from here we have to talk to them. We can't just go out."

He thought he made it clear to her. Didn't she hear what he had said to her when he threw a little tantrum?

"Who said about me going out? Hadn't I told you I wanted to stay?"

"Nope - You don't." She replied. Loraine walked over in front of him and stopped as she minded and carefully placed a gap between them. She was already taking precautions. "I can see your pupils grow bigger."

"Excuse me?" Loki clicked his tongue. "No. we are not going out. I told you, you cannot penetrate this cell." He pointed the glass.

"There are many ones who are as powerful as you that are in here, but none of them successfully escaped." His green eyes rested on her. "Did you know what happened to them?" He whispered. "They died.
