Runner Runner (Newt)

"Okay. I got it. Minho, ready?" Thomas and Minho try to push Teresa to get out.

"Yeah. Gotcha." Minho whispers.

"Okay. 1, 2, 3. Here we go." Thomas hushed. They push Teresa but doesn't make it.

"Not far enough." She replied.

"Shit!" Newt mumbled. They do it one more time and miss again.

"Come on, Minho. Push her harder." Newt encourages.

"This is it. 1, 2, 3." She makes it to the other side grabbing onto the bar.

"Yes! Yes!" We cheered.

"Teresa, hurry!" Thomas shouts. She pulls down the bar getting on the ground to untie her self. Then their was a buzzing sound with lights. WCKD was here.

"Good evening. This is the World In Catastrophe: Killzone Department. We have your compound completely surrounded. You find yourselves, with no fault of your own. The possession of WCKD property. Return them to us unharmed and we'll consider this a simple misunderstanding. Or you can resist, and every last one of you, will die. It won't be long before the Flare
wash out the rest of us. The hope for a cure lies in your hands. The choice is yours." Janson's voice echoed.

"We gotta get out of here." I yelled as they untie me. I run over to untie Luna.

"You ok baby?" I undo her legs.

"I'm scared." Her lip puffs out.

"Don't worry. We are going to get out. I promise." I undo her arms as they wrap around my neck and I lift her up. Then we run into the guy that held me down. He pointed a gun at us.

"We're not trying to cause any trouble, okay. We just, we got to get out of here." Thomas raises his hands up.

"Is that so? Janson, I got them for you. I'm bringing them down. Don't shoot us. Come on. Let's go. I said, let's go." Thomas attacks the guy and gun shoots rang out but no one was hurt.

"You little bastard." The guy yelled as he tried to shot but the girl shot at him.

"Okay. Come on. Come on, let's go!" She had her bag packed yelling at us we all took off running.

"Brenda! Hurry, we don't have much time. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go! Right this way!" We meet up with Jorge and head towards a window that he opens up.

"Oh, you go to be kidding me." Fry mumbled.

"Plan B, hermano. You kids want to get to the Right Arm. I'll lead you to them. But you got to owe me. Follow me!" Jorge goes on the rope sliding down it. How is Luna going to get down on that? I look at Newt he had the same facial expression I had.

"Alright! Let's go! Come on!" Brenda pulls down an rope.

"Go go go. Everyone go. GO. Go!" Thomas yells. Minho slides down it. After that Fry went and it was Newt and I.

"Newt go." Thomas pushed him first. I could see the pain in his eyes. He wanted to make sure Luna and I were safe.

"Wait!" I take off my scarf and tie it around Newts creating a little holder. I pick up Luna and tuck her in.

"Go. I'll meet you down there." I kissed him.

"Go. Go. Go." Brenda yelled. He kissed me back.

"What about mommy!" Luna reached out for me. My eyes dart to her then to Newt. She called me mommy?

"I will see you down there. Go with Newt. Ok?" I kiss her forehead as they took off down the rope. I watched them go as soon as they made it. A big weight was lifted off my shoulders.

"Come on. Go Aris." Aris got on next sliding off and now it was Teresa, Thomas, Brenda and I left.

"Teresa, you're next. Come on." Thomas gets Teresa on it as Brenda takes off running. Oh hell no. She is up to something. I don't like this.

"Brenda, where are you going?" Thomas yelled after her.

"You just go. Go go. I'll be right behind you. Ember you go next." Teresa goes on the rope sliding down, I hesitate to go next. I don't know if Brenda was up to something or not but she wont get away with it if she is. So I took off after them.
