47: Bonding

Ellie's P.O.V

I spent the rest of the day getting introduced to everyone's family and spending time with my own.

"Can I come to your house?" Sophie asks as everyone starts to leave for home.

"You can come to our house whenever you want." I sweetly kiss her forehead.

"Can we go home? I'm tired and both our families are spending the week here." Niall groans.

"Wait... Soph, where's your mom?" I ask, ignoring Niall.

"At home with the babies. Daddy brought me here." Her little fingers latch on to mine as she leads me to Jason.

"Thank god you're ok. I haven't seen you all night." He sighs as he wraps his arms around me.

"I'm fine, Jason. Niall made sure of that." I glance over at him to see Niall headed out the door and getting ready to get in the car.

"I guess I've gotta go or I might miss my ride." I giggle as I pull away.

"You two can come over whenever you want." I remind them as I start to sprint out the door just as Niall starts to pull away.

"You couldn't have waited until I was ready to go?" I sigh.

"I wanna go home. Besides, I haven't spent a lot of time with you." He says.

The rest of the ride was silent, probably due to the lack of energy.

"Carry me!" Niall squeals once he stops the car.

"Get out of the car yourself." I giggle.

"Hey, you still owe me that kiss." Niall suddenly smirks.

"What kiss?" I start to ask as he crashes his lips to mine.

"That one." He gives me a satisfied smirk after pulling away.

Oh I see how it is, Horan. Two can play at that game...

"I'm hungry. Want anything to eat?" He turns away and heads towards the kitchen.

"Sure." I shrug.

"Well... What should we have?" He cluelessly asks.

"Hm... You." I wink.

He stops in his tracks and slowly turns around.

"Excuse me?" He stares back at me with wide eyes.

"You're excused." I say and start to walk towards the kitchen, past him.

"No... Say it again." He pushes me against the counter.

"Why Niall? Does it turn you on?" I smirk.

"You know, you're pretty hot when you're trying to be a tease."

"I try."

"Good."

Niall carefully lifts me up onto the counter and stands between my legs.

"You wouldn't dare..." I start to protest.

"I wouldn't. You know me so well." He puts a finger on my lips to shut me up.

"But if you wanted me to, I would make you feel like the princess you are." He winks.

"Too bad I don't want you to." I smirk.

"I'm just saying if you did-"

"Oh just shut up and kiss me already." I dramatically groan.

"You don't have to ask me twice!" Niall happily exclaims.

He cups my face in his hands and gently presses his lips to mine.

I decide to be a bit of a tease again after his hands start to travel my body.

I guide my hands towards the waistband of Niall's boxers and start to trace my finger along the top of them.

He slightly pulls away but makes sure our foreheads are still touching as his breath hitches.

I smirk at my new control over him and start to tug at the waistband, making him slightly moan.

I press my lips to his again and run my fingers through his hair.

I leave small butterfly kisses along his jawline and stop at his neck, debating whether to give him an embarrassing love bite or not.

I stop in the most valuable and visible area possible and suck on it.

This time, I get a louder moan followed by multiple others.

Suddenly, the doorbell rings and we both scramble to our feet and to the door.

"Hey, baby girl!" I fling my arms around Sophie.

"Niall!" She slips away, almost completely ignoring me.

He hugs her and lifts her off the ground.

"Ellie... We need to talk." Jason states as he steps inside.

"Niall, can you take Sophie somewhere else for a minute?" He asks.

Once the little girl and Sophie were upstairs, Jason looked more relaxed.

"Janelle and I are getting a divorce and I'm signing up for the Army. Janelle gets the twins and I get Sophie but if I'm serving I can't be with her, right? So she'll have to live with you for a few months." He gets straight to the point.

"So, Niall and I would be Sophie's... Parents?" I ask, dumbfounded.
