39: Halloween!

Niall's P.O.V

"Harry! You treat her like trash!" I yell once Ellie is peacefully sleeping again. I love how she will just get up to eat and goes back to sleep afterwards.

"I treat her like trash? At least she knows how I feel!" Harry taunts.

"Well... It's not like she's afraid of me! So even if I did, she wouldn't be scared of me!" I mock the taunt.

"God dammit, Niall! You ruin everything!" He screams, stomping out the room.

Do I really? Are people right when they say I don't belong in the band? Should I listen to them and kill myself? No. Even if I wanted to, Ellie wouldn't let me. I promised her I would never hurt or kill myself.

"Niall..." Ellie groaned when I kept chucking candy at her. She was reading my Twitter and checking her own. Suddenly she bursts into tears.

"I need you to promise me something." She says between sniffles.

"Don't ever hurt or kill yourself. No matter what people say!

"What is it this time?" I try and hold back tears. I'm so used to this hate. Why does it even faze me anymore?

"Just promise me." She pleads.

"I promise." I reluctantly agree.

Ellie's P.O.V

"You must be Ellie!" Lou excitedly greets me as soon as she opens her front door.

"I've heard so much about you. Especially from that little blondie." She winks at a crimson-cheeked Niall.

"Harry!" A little girl comes running up to him and tightly hugs his legs. This must be Lux!

"Hi sweetie." He chuckles as he bends down to try and hug her.

"Is that your girlfriend you talk about?" She innocently asks, pointing to me.

"Not yet..." He whispers, earning a scowl from Niall. But it instantly disappears, making me question if it ever existed.

"But that's the one I talk about." He fondly smiles at me.

"I like her!" Lux declares.

"Where's your girlfriend, Niall?" She catches his attention.

"Nowhere..." He mumbles.

"Make me old." Niall whines once Lou finishes with Louis' makeup. These costumes are also miniature disguises.

"Are you done yet?" Harry complains as I comb the final piece of his hair into place.

"Your hair's too wavy." I whine.

I slip his glasses on. "There." I declare as I stand back to admire my work.

"Am I fabulous?" He asks a already finished Liam.

"Oh. Sure." He absent-mindedly mumbles.

I decide to go and change into my dress from the awards I went to with the boys.

I slip it on and put my hair up but let my better judgement win and took it down. Lastly, I slipped on my matching sparkling heals and head out to check on the boys once again.

As I step into the room, I'm greeted by a professional looking business woman.

"Holy grail, Zayn! You scared the poo outta me!" I say.

Harry starts cracking up at my lame attempt not to cuss and vows to use those words as often as possible. Oh great...

We hop in the car and drive back over to Jason's house to pick up Sophie.

"Let's go!" She excitedly cheers when she sees all of our crazy outfits.

"So what are you dressed up as?" Loui politely asks.

"Sleeping Beauty. Ellie said she was her favorite princess when she was little." Sophie proudly smiles.

"Just like you! You grew up to be Sleeping Beauty huh?" Liam chuckles.

I wait for Niall to sweetly stand up for me but he just stares at the floor. Odd...

We ended up with a lot of candy. Weather I'm happy or sad about that, I may never know.

I decide that I'm too tired from standing in the pouring rain to stay up any longer so I collapse into bed.

Tomorrow I get to go home.

I happily think as I try to put myself to sleep.
