The song is suppose to go with the end, after the ~. I though it matched.
Ray had returned, laying Mikey in their room to sleep. Gerard still sat in his room alone, Toxic's absence being a lot. Same with Bob, Cyanide had been gone, too. Neither knew where they went which worried them the most.
Abrin rushed Frank outside, staring up at the sky. "Do you see it?" She asked Frank who looked around the sky.
"What exactly am I looking for?" Frank asked, remembering how Abrin just pulled him out here without a word.
"Ughh, its behind the house... wait! Do you have a way to get up onto the roof?"
"Uh yea, Ray has a ladder in his closet leading up there."
"Really?!" Abrin asked as excitement began to fill her. Frank nodded. He led her inside and she got food before going to Ray's room, gently pushing the door open, not knowing what to expect.
The room was dark and Ray was nowhere to be seen. Frank and Abrin went in and to the closet, pausing when they saw a sleeping Mikey curled up in the bottom of the closet. "Wait, why is he sleeping in the closet?" Abrin asked quietly.
"No idea," Frank replied in a whisper. They began to quietly conversate when they heard a whimper and shuffling. They silenced and looked to the closet, Mikey staring back.
"Hey Mikes," Abrin smiled. Mikey stretched, well as much as he could in the small closet. His eyes began to flutter close, but Frank went over to him, preventing him from going back to sleep.
He reached up above his head, searching for the ladder. He backed away when it fell, and Mikey gasped and covered his head. "Woah!" She grabbed the ladder before it could fall into Mikey.
"There," Frank began to crawl up, and Mikey watched in awe with big eyes. Abrin smiled at him and followed Frank, climbing up onto the roof. Unaware of the door ever being up there and curious about how far up it went, Mikey began to climb up.
Abrin and Frank settled into the roof, looking up into the sky. Now Frank began to smile, seeing the beautiful eclipse. Abrin grabbed Frank's hand and he intertwined their fingers. They heard noises and they looked over to see Mikey's head peeking up through the door.
Frank sighed and Mikey climbed all the way up smiling widely. He noticed the eclipse and smiled. "Pretty!" He climbed out toward the edge of the roof, gripping the gutter for balance.
"Mikey, erm... its even prettier from back here.." Abrin said, dreading he'd fall. Mikey smiled and crawled backwards, still looking at the sky. Mikey ran into Frank who pushed him away.
"Watch where your going," he growled. Mikey gasped and his foot slipped over the edge.
"Mikey!" Abrin reached out, attempting to catch him. Mikey grabbed onto the gutter, holding on for dear life. He tried to climb up but it was no use. Abrin crawled over to him and reached her hand out. "Grab my hand,"
Mikey refused, knowing she didn't want him to touch her. Abrin reached out and grabbed his wrist which made him wince, and she pulled him up. Mikey crawled away from Abrin, Frank and the edge. "Mikey, come sit beside me." Abrin smiled.
Mikey stared for a few seconds before slowly crawling over to Abrin and Frank. Frank glared, and if looks could kill Mikey would be no more. They watched the eclipse, Frank and Abrin talking and eating and sharing kisses every once and awhile.
~
The eclipse eventually ended and it was extremely cold outside. Frank and Abrin went to their room, Mikey in his. Or so they thought...Abrin sighed softly, leaning into Frank. "Frankie... I kinda wanted it to just be me and you.." she said staring at the floor.
"Babe, I'm sorry he ruined everything." Frank said stroking her hair. Abrin didn't say anything. She didn't look at it that he 'ruined everything'. She just wanted to do something fun with Frank. Just them two.
Mikey's heart sank and his eyes teared up. He just wanted to spend time with someone because he felt like killing himself. He wanted Abrin to forgive him, but he knew she wouldn't.
He went back to Ray's room and to the closet, climbing up the pulldown ladder. He climbed onto the roof, standing this time and walking to the edge. He looked down, the cold wind blowing his hair in his face. "I love you, Ray.." And with that, he jumped and let gravity take over, pulling his body down hard against the ground.
I have changed the song a lot. First, it was My Immortal then Lost In Paradise by Evanescence, now Goodbye Agony by Black Veil Brides.
