Chapter 14

     I breathed out, and tried to concentrate on not waking up Phil. I couldn't just leave without him knowing, that would be rude. I wonder how I'm going to get past him if I'm leaving in 5 hours.. It's 10 am. I didn't want to just leave and not tell him. Do I tell him, and spend as much time as I can with him, or do I not tell him, and go..

     The thoughts flooded my mind like a tsunami wiping out a town in my head. I felt like nothing was going to go right for me without Phil by my side at all times.

     " What are you doing?" A voice said form behind me. I had no other choice but to answer him.

     " Uh, nothing pumpkin, go back to sleep." I anxiously said.

     " No, what are you doing? Why are you getting your stuff?" A pause of silence drowned us.

     " Are you.. leaving?" He asked again, and got up.

     " Yeah.." I said quietly, still having my clothes in my hands. I stopped moving, and sat down on my bed, where Phil joined me.

     " Why didn't you tell me.."

     " I didn't want you to stress over anything, just please, don't be sad, then I'll get sad. I didn't wanna leave, but they released me anyways." I said, fiddling with my shirt fabric.

     " It's not that you're leaving, it's that you didn't tell me. Sure I'll be sad that you're leaving but I just can't understand why you wouldn't of told me if I hadn't asked."

      " It's because I didn't wanna hurt your feelings." I said, looking to Phil, who was looking at his feet.

     " I know, and it's.. just gonna suck when you're not here."

     " I know, and I can't wait until you get out so you can come and see me."

                   ~IN THE CRAFTS ROOM~

     " Here, take this" I said, handing Phil a small piece of blue paper with my address on it."

     " What is this?" He asked, examining the small blue paper.

     " My address. I want you to use it when you're out of here." I paused "Okay?"

     "Okay."
