The sun beams coming from the sunset woke me up from my sweet dreams. I found myself cuddling in Dylan's arms. I got my hug tighter and closed my eyes to go back to sleeping. I was about to fall asleep but a strong vibration got me wide awake. It was Dylan's phone, I glanced at him to see if he woke up but I remembered he was a heavy sleeper. Even though he didn't feel his phone's vibration, it disturbed me a lot. I put my hand in his pocket to get his phone, then I felt something strange in his pocket. To all dirty minded people: it was a hair band. It was the hair band I lost the day I arrived twins' house. A strong smell was floating in air, it was my perfume. He had put perfume on my hair band and kept him with himself all the time..? I couldn't stop myself from grinning but then the vibrations called me back to earth and I checked who was calling him so stubbornly.
Cole was calling and there were 27 missed calls, some of them were from Cole and some of them were from Andrew. Seeing the missed calls made me remember how we left home; Dylan dragged me to car. I thought they must be pretty worried when we didn't return . It seemed like Cole called Dylan frequently. That wasn't something unusual though. Cole would always call frequently until you answer him. That's why Dylan used say "He Coled me again. " instead of "called".
He was calling again and I wasn't sure if I should have answered it. I was going to wake Dylan up but phone stopped vibrating and I saw there were also lots of unread messages. I tapped on the message which was clearly about me but suddenly the phone wasn't in my hands anymore.
"Have some manners." I turned my face to the direction of the voice to find Dylan awake.
"I was just checking the...", I found his lips on mine before I could finish my sentence.
"We should get going. ", he mumbled then sealed my lips once again. I nodded and stood up. I faced the rising sun and stretched my arms while yawning. I heard Dylan standing up too, the next second, his arms embraced me from my back.
"You sound like a cat ", he whispered. I let out a moan when I felt his lips on my neck.
"Hey, you're the one who told that we should head back...", I mumbled as I smiled.
"Uhn... You're right.", he said. He held me up suddenly and I put my arms around his neck to not fall.
"Hey! What are you doing?!", I screamed in panic.
"Carrying my princess to car.", he said like it was something normal.
"What happened to you? ", I could hear the anxiety in my voice which surprised him.
"What do you mean? ", he was looking directly in my eyes with kind eyes.
"Come on, Dylan. Being romantic and stuff... It's so not you."
"Are you complaining?", he put me back on ground and grinned. I realized we were in front of the car and he had already opened my door.I was planning to annoy Dylan through our way back home but I couldn't fight back the urge for sleeping. I slowly woke up as I felt the familiar arms carrying me. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Dylan smiling at me with loving eyes.
"I can walk by myself, you know..?", I mumbled. All I could think was if I looked ugly after waking up.
"I prefer you to be in my arms, you know..?", he said in a teasing tone and smirked.
"Ha-ha. How will you open the door with me in your arms, smartpants?"
"I will just hit you on to door until it breaks down if you don't shut up. "The door opened while we were joking and laughing. Dylan put me down on floor when he saw Cole coming to us with an angry face.
Dylan pushed me away softly.
"Oh, hey Cole! How have you been?", asked Dylan to Cole.
"YOU JERK!", yelled Cole and his punch knocked Dylan down.
