<Dylan's POV>
I took Addie to get ICECREAM then took her home to watch movies. Right now she is watching Beauty and the Beast. I've had time to think over what happened with Stephanie.
I realized that I don't want her in my life...
It's not fair to me I deserve to move on and be happy just like she did.
I'm not leaving my little girl though. I will never abandon her like her mother did to me. I'm gonna go to court and fight for full custody.
"Addie baby come on it's time to go see mommy now!" I shout from the kitchen.
"Dada can I finish the movie pwease?" She looks up at me with her puppy eyes and sticks her bottom lip out.
I quickly cover my eyes " now Addie you know that's not fair" I sigh and I hear her giggling. "Oh you think that's funny?" I grin looking down at her and she nods her head yes.
I pick her up and tickle her tummy making her squeal and laugh. I hug her and twirl her around. "I love you princess"
"I love you dada" she smiles her dimples visible. "Pwease can I stay here??" She pleads.
"I'm sorry baby but you have to go home to mommy now" I say frowning when I see her start to cry. I hug her tighter using my thumb to wipe away her tears. "Hey I'll come get you tomorrow. Ok?"
She nods smiling and hugs me again. I carry her out to my car and buckle her into her car seat.
<Steph's POV>
I get off of work and drive to the bench we met at it. I see as Dylan pulls up and gets out with Addie. I smile at them only to get a cold look from Dylan. Great.
"Hey" I say shakily
"Go play on the playground princess" Dylan says as she runs off happily.
"Dylan look-" I start but I get cut off.
"Stephanie stop. You remember when jest saw you and I said I didn't want you in my life?" He asks coldly.
I nod my head a pang of nervousness in the pit of my stomach.
"Well I want you to stay out of my life forever but I'm going to court and will get full custody of Addison. I am not losing her again." He says
"Dylan please if you leave I only have Addie. If you take her too then I have nobody. Everyone is giving me the cold shoulder." I plead on the verge of tears.
"You brought this upon yourself so I can either take her now without a fight or I can take you to court." He says crossing his arms over his toned chest.
"Dylan please you can't do this." I start crying.
"Stephanie I can do this if I want to and I sure as hell will! I'll be by tomorrow to pick her up its your choice on wether you want to fight or not." He says walking back to his car without another word.
If I fought against him in court I would still lose because his dad is a lawyer and will help him win. Maybe he will let me see her on weekends or something.
