SOUL SISTER

Part 9

Previously on Part 8:

Cassandra started to disappear but this time, she was witnessing it. Disbelief is all what she felt as her mind couldn't tell what was happening.

"So" Dan said trying to get answers.

"I, I don't, what's happening?"

Cassandra rose her head and it took only one second for her eyes to get locked in Dan's eyes. Everything stopped from functioning, the nature fell in a complete silence witnessing the unit of two souls. Every creature was waiting for this moment, the moment when two eyes will get caught in each other. This eye contact wasn't nothing, it was something, because what Cassandra ignored is who sat beside her and was as well mesmerized by her eyes was her soul sister. Two souls who were separated for decades and now reunited again...

Dan's POV :

No one has ever made me feel like this, no one has ever been able to look through my soul. The emotions I felt the moment she laid her eyes on me were breathtaking and I couldn't ask for more. It was like you were walking in a museum to find yourself in front of a beautiful and sophisticated piece of art. Yes, this is how I was feeling right now, right here with her in front of me.

I don't know what was happening but suddenly, I felt myself leaning forward to her. I know this was wrong but every fiber in me wanted it and I couldn't fight it. She probably knew what was about to happen and closed her eyes moving inches towards me but before our lips could collide, I found myself propelled to the other side of the room.

My eyes grew wilder, this wasn't at all expected ....

Extern POV:

While two pure innocent souls were trying to understand what was happening, the person that cast the spell a while ago was above them watching and witnessing the meeting of these two souls. She never knew that this would happen soon, this was fast. After she casted the spell, she was on her way to the world where she belonged but all of a sudden, she sensed that something has changed and her instincts told her that it has to do with her girl Cass. She turned to that room she left minutes ago to find her girl looking at her soul sister. A smile crossed her face, this doesn't happen always and she was grateful it happened to Cassandra but the smile quickly turned to a frown as she saw Dan being propelled to the other side of the room.

She brought her hand to her mouth as she realized what happened and without any further ado, she raced to where she was going a while ago.

There he was, sitting in his chair quite regal talking to other girls who, just like her, found themselves belonging to this miserable world. He looked up at her and a mischievous smile started forming in his lips, he knew she was coming to see him. With a sign, he dismissed the girls.

" Why? " she asked him, angry as never.
" Why what? "
" You know what you have done Rellios ! "
" Mmm, I like it how Rellios sounds when you say it"
" You should stop doing that ! "
" Stop telling you how my name sounds really good when you say it ? "

She let out a groan, he loves playing with her nerves, being angry only made her more beautiful.

" Now, what do you want? " He asked even though he knew very well the aim from her visit.
" You know "
" And you know that what you're asking me not to do is quite impossible my dear "
" Please, don't make her go through what I've been through. She's innocent" She whispered while a teardrop fell from her pleading eyes.
