chapter five

"Guys im hungry" I heard Connor complain dor the fifth time.

I laughed and sat up. We were on our way home when I fell asleep on Connors shoulder. We were still about four hours from home.

"Me too" I said.

"I thought you were asleep" Connor said grabbing my hand.

"I woke up like 20 minutes ago" I said and we pulled into a taco bell.

"Yass my queen this is my homeland I am home Connor is home" he saod jumping out of the car.

I laughed and followed him inside.

We ordered and sat at a table.

"So you giys are together?" Hope asked us

I nodded and took another bite of my casaritto.

"Why can we be that cute?" Tyler asked Hope as Connor offered me a bite of his taco and then kissed my cheek when I leaned in for a bite.

"Maybe because somebody doesnt have the balls to ask me out" Hope said eating her nacho bell grande. I laughed amd stole a chip from her

"Hope would you please do me the honor of being my girlfriend?" Tyler asked.

"Depends, can I have a starburst freezie?" She laughed. He nodded and kissed her.

She pulled away and looked at us.

"Who would have ever thoight that we would have gotten rhis far in oir lives" She said to me.

Jist then I got a call from my family in alabama.

"Paislyn hey its Mom, your Aunt Kathleen is marrying her boyfriend Robert next weekend, will hou be coming to stay with us in the cabin in gatlinburg? Yoy can bring up to 4 people counting youself and no more" she said.

"Yeah mom im coming and im bringing three people" I told her.

" okay love you bye bye" she said and she hung up.

"We need to go to our apartments and pack new cloths we are going to Gatlinburg for my aunt wedding!" I saod trying to make everyone sound enthusiastic.

"Oh my god I love Gatlinburg and your aunt Kathleen! Do you think we can go to our old homes and see my parents and your dads side of the family?" She asked.

"Only if eveyone else is okay with it" I said.

The boys dropped us off really late at night and we were leaving the next morning for Alabama. We already bought our airplane tickets.

I unpacked my clothes and threw the ones I was taking with me in the laundry room. I packed my old blue jeans and shorts and my old tshirts. I put my old boots in there as well.

I packed my dress for the wedding and some extra clothes. I also packed a swim suit.

When Tyler and Connor picked is up the next morning I got into the back seat with Connor and cuddled up next to him with my favorite blanket.

On the plane I slept the whole way.

Hopes mom picked us up at the airport and we both hugged her.

"Hey girls who are these dine gentleman?" She asked.

"Thats Connor Franta my boyfriend and Tyler Oakley, Hopes boyfriend" I said.

"Hopes what?" I heard her dad say when he walked up. We hugged him too and they took us to my house. When we got there I said hello to dad and my grammy.

I changed into my jeans and boots and a black tank top.

My dog Olivia was jumpong all over me. My cat Grayson, who was my first pet that was just mine, jumped up on the counter and loved on me. I rubbed his head and ears.

"You pets are so cute" Connor said petting my dads cat, Kitty Baby.

"You didnt even meet my pet yet" I said and took him out to the barn.

"Thats my horse redman" I said. I was jumping around like a 5 year old. Redman came running up anf I hugged his neck.

"Thats my good boy!" I saod kissing his nose.

I showed him my late grandfathers horse Tank, my grandmothers horse Misty, and my other horse Buddy.

"These are cool pets" Connor said with a hand on the small of my back.

"These arent even my cool pets. I have one left and ive had him since he was 2 weeks old and he is my favorite. I love him so so much" I said opening the tack room door.

"A pig?" Tyler said.

"Yeah everyone this is my baby boy Maverick alao known as Shorty. When I first got him he was the size as my hand" I said rubbing on my pot belly pig.
"Hey shorty youve gotten so big" Hope said petting his head.

"He stinks" Connor said.

"Hes a pig" I said and stood back.

I wrapped my arms arohnd Connors waist and my mom called.

"Hey is your tahoe still at your dads house?" She asked. I almksf forgot about my maroon tahoe that I got when I was 16, my pride and joy.

I ran around to the garage and found the keys in the floor board. I cranked it up and saod "yeah it still runs fine"

" okay good well can we put Brett, Kayla and Braxton in the car with you since you have three rows?" She asked.

"Yeah of course"

"Okay good and when will yall be here?" She asked me.

"We are leavung in about an hour" I told her.
