Tony

It was Christmas eve and everybody is giving and receiving their presents. You've received a lot which surprised you. "Aw thank you, Steve." you fake smiled while taking his gift. You were pretty sure it's a picture frame by the way it's wrapped.

You arranged the gifts that was crowding your area. One by one, you placed them to a side until you saw a small yet elegant box that you don't remember anyone handing to you. You checked the card to assure that it is for you. To your surprise, the gift was definitely for you and it's from your best friend, Tony.

Looking around, you curiously opened the gift only to find that it is a beautiful diamond necklace. You're eyes widened just by the sight of it. It was surely expensive as hell, it's too much to take. You immediately thought of Tony and went to him to thank him.

You walked towards him, he caught the sight of you and instantly smirked because you were holding his gift. "So do you like it?" he asked confidently. "Yes, I do. I love it! but Tony, it's too much! I know we're best friends and you're rich as fu-" "(Y/n)." he said sternly, cutting you off. "I wanted to give you that gift. I'll be disappointed if you don't take it." he continued. You sighed, "Fine. I just feel bad because didn't get you a bomb ass gift." you frowned. Tony laughed at your apology, "Hey, it doesn't matter." he smiled faintly, "Merry christmas, (y/n)." he said and gave you a side hug and left. What's the matter with him? You thought.

You once again opened the box to look at the necklace, on the process of opening it, a small piece of paper fell on the floor. You furrowed your eyebrows due to confusion. You picked up the paper and read it.

"Dear (Y/n),

           I hope you love this gift as much as I love you. For once, I didn't have the courage to say this in person even with my egomaniac self but I do love you, (y/n). It's funny how I let myself fall in love with a person who only sees me less. If you don't feel the same, then forget this letter. I'll try to forget it happened too. I'd still be here for you.

                           - You know who I am"

Your heart leapt from happiness. Tony is in love with you? You were the happiest girl on Earth. You immediately searched for him.

"Hey Bruce! Do you know where Tony went?" you asked Bruce while panting. "Uh on the rooftop, I guess." "Okay thanks bye!" you hurriedly say before running your way to the rooftop. You opened the door and you found Tony, standing at a side and looking at the view of New York City.

"Tony!" you yelled as you ran to him and jumped to an embrace. He confusedly picked you up, "What's happening, (y/n)? And it's freaking cold here outside. Wear a jacket!" he remarked. "I just read the letter, you idiot!" you chuckled as he settled you down.

"I thought you've read it already and rejected me. Forgetting it like it never happened?" he raised an eyebrow.

"Well, I have read it now and I love you too, dumbass." you said and connected your lips to his.

Steve

"Steve, maybe I should just come back next week or something." you nervously stated as you and Steve entered the tower. "Come on, (y/n). You have to meet them. It's Christmas! Plus they said that it's totally fine with them." He reassured you.
