Guardian of the wolves part: 4

It was about midday. Rin was starting up the ute as kakashi stood on the porch waiting
"Come on start" Rin whispered. The engines then started running smoothly making her sigh in relief
"Come on kakashi" Rin called, kakashi nodded and hopped into the ute along with Rin. The wolves staying behind.. Rin sighed
"So what was all that ruckus about yesterday? With the police man?" Kakashi asked
"Oh Jackson? He was just lecturing me about that idiot Max's complaints about bringing the wolves with me everywhere I go.. It's stupid really they haven't caused any trouble" Rin sighed and contiued as she drove the ute down the long drive way and sighed, eyes on the road "before you came I showed max the wolf side of me. He didn't take it to well and has been calling me a freak or creep ever since. Shows how quickly people's opinions can change about you" Rin whispered sighing "Jackson also mentioned my mother was coming to see me. Probably to tell me that I'm a freak, she always does this. Comes over to apparently tell me what's going on with the family, she doesn't though just comes by to tell me how freaky or how no one will accept me for the way I look or act" Rin explained sighing, kakashi watching
"We're not that different.." He whispered pushing up his head band and sighing
"I'm sure you just have the scar"
"No I have something like you" he whispered, Rin looked to him both eyes open and staring at him as he opened his right eye. Rin then stopped the car and stared at him
"We're not that different... Not that different at all" he whispered. Rin stared into that red eye... Her golden wolf eye staring into it..
"I guess so" Rin sighed as she looked at him. Kakashi then closed his sharingan eye and moved his headband over it
"It was a gift really" he whispered. Rin nodded and began driving the car again
"I've never met someone like you kakashi"
"Same here to you. I've never met someone so connected with an animal that they're part of it" kakashi muttered, Rin smiled
"Yeah"
"It's makes you special Rin, your unique. Your different... And that's what I like about you.. Your not full on yourself or stupid... Your just you" kakashi muttered. Rin felt her cheeks heat up slightly
"Thanks kakashi..."
"Eh no problem" kakashi muttered smiling. Rin then smiled and parked the car.. Kakashi getting out straight away and walking to her door. Rin the got out and sighed
"So what now?" He asked
"Well If got a few things to pick up so let's go do that first"
"Alright then" kakashi sighed and he followed Rin around the town
"Feels better being in these clothes"
"I'd imagine so, having people staring at you"
"Yeah" kakashi agreed. Rin smiled as they walked past a group of girls
"Hey guys look, it's that wolf-creep!" A girl whispered to her friend, Rin sighed and ignored her. Kakashi took notice of it though watching rin's reaction to it
"You heard them right?" Rin asked. Kakashi snapped his head towards hers
"Uh yeah?"
"Ignore what they say, you don't need to get involved" Rin stated walking into a post office and sighed
"Oh hey rin! Come in to pick up some new parcels?" Rin nodded and sighed
"Yeah. Haven't really had the time too"
"Well you've got a lot stacked up! Mainly from your mom. There's also something else I needed to give you, it was from you dad"
"Thanks Cheryl" Rin whispered looking back to kakashi who just was  watching
"I see you know a few people"
"Everyone knows me kakashi. Well most know me as wolf-freak" Cheryl then came back in and smiled
"Here. There's another load"
"Oh okay, hey kakashi?" Rin asked turning her head, kakashi nodded
"Sure" he muttered taking the boxes from rin's grasp. Rin frowned
"You didn't have to take them all you know" Rin muttered kakashi shrugged
"Their not that heavy" he muttered. Cheryl smiled
"Is that your friend Rin?"
"Yeah" Rin muttered as she got hold of a few more boxes. Cheryl then placed a small box and a envelope ontop of rin's pile
"The top two are from your dad"
"Thanks Cheryl" Rin whispered as kakashi held the boxes in one hand and kept the door open with another
"Come on Rin" he muttered Rin nodded and walked out. Kakashi close behind her as he looked around
"Snows a lot"
"Well yeah it's Alaska!" Rin shouted smiling. Kakashi smiled behind his mask and walked beside Rin as he then looked at the ute
"Here" he muttered putting the parcels that he held in the front passengers seat, he then grabbed rin's and placed them in with the other parcels "I'll ride in the back" Rin looked at him unsure
"Come on its freezing"
"I don't care, just drive" he told her, Rin chuckled
"Ordering me around now?"
"Who said I was ordering you?" Kakashi muttered smirking, Rin smiled and hopped into the ute starting the engines.. People watching as kakashi hopped into the back and sat down. Watching the scenery go past
"I'll never get sick of this" he muttered to himself as Rin drove.. It was a silent ride... Rin kept eyeing the envelope and the parcel that had the name 'wolfie' writing on it..
'Dad... I miss you...' Rin thought sighing as she looked to the road and smiled as she thought of her father..
"Always one with the wild dad.." She whispered to her self as she looked in the rear view mirror to see kakashi looking out on the mountain ranges,
'He's not from around here at all... I'll have to ask him later... But for now I just wanna get home and open those damned parcels'. Rin thought smirking
"And any useless ones the wolves can destroy" Rin stated referring to the ones from her mother
"That'll be most of them then!" She said smirking to herself as she soon pull up to her drive way... Not to long until she would get home... To see what was in that parcel.
