Paige's POV:

I walked into my new school, people giving me looks and glares like I had done something wrong. A teacher motioned me into her office. I guess she knew that I was the new student.

"Hello, you must be Paige Matthews." The teacher said.
"Um yeah, that's me." I replied.
"Welcome to Liam Jones Secondary School, I am Mrs. Reed the school principal. If you have any questions just come and see me."

Mrs. Reed handed me my schedule. I had math first. I walked out of the office and down the hallways into room B-45. I was looking down at my phone when I accidentally bumped into somebody. They looked down at me and just stared. For a second I thought we had a moment.

Ethan's POV:

I was standing in the door way waiting for class to start.

"Ethan can you go to my locker and grab me my binder" Elise said with an attitude.

Since she was my girlfriend I kind of had too. I was walking out the door when somebody bumped into me. I looked down at them and just stared. She was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. She had brown hair with these amazing eyes, I felt like I was gonna explode.

"Whoopsies. My Bad," the girl replied.

Even her voice was perfect.

"I-it's o-okay," I said with a stutter. I sounded like an idiot.

The girl walked into the class, but I still had to go get Elise's binder. I ran down to my locker, grabbed a pen, a tiny piece of paper, and Elise's binder. I rushed back to class right before the bell went. I sat down and handed Elise her binder and she popped a kiss on my cheek. After, I secretly wrote down my number on the paper and was planning on handing it to the girl.

"Hello class, sorry I am a bit late," Mr. Sanchez explained.

Paige's POV:

I sat down in a seat closer to the back of the room. Some of the girls were glaring at me and whispering about me.

fuck of!

Suddenly a man in black fancy pants, and a white collard shirt walked into the room. He said that he was the teacher and his name was Mr. Sanchez.

"Okay we also have a new student named Paige. Do you mind saying some things about yourself to the class?" Asked Mr. Sanchez nicely.
"Well my name is Paige Matthews, and I just moved here from Toronto Canada. I enjoy snowboarding, chilling with my friends and playing hockey. I also have two brothers named Evan and Bellamy." I said.
"Okay sounds good. Everybody welcome Paige to New Jersey." Mr. Sanchez announced.

After class I walked to my locker and the boy I bumped into approached me. "Hey, I'm Ethan. Sorry for this morning, it's all my fault."
"Oh no need to apologize, it was my fault anyways." I replied.

This boy was very attractive and seemed really nice.

"Here's my number, call me sometime," Ethan said.

Ethan's POV:

I hope that Paige actually calls me now.

"Why were you talking to her?" Elise asked getting all up in my business.
"I was just saying hi to her, no need to worry," I explained.

Elise came over and kissed my cheek again just to signal that I was hers. I tried to brush her away because I really didn't think of her in the same way anymore, but she gripped my arm even tighter.

I felt like I was just being used because of my popularity. Without me being her boyfriend she wouldn't be the head cheerleader and probably wouldn't even be popular.

Once I got home I ran upstairs and saw that Grayson was sitting on his bed just on his phone.

"Dude have I got news to tell you!"

Grayson was my twin brother.

"What bro?" Grayson asked.
"Well at the beginning of the day I bumped into this girl named Paige, who is literally the most amazing girl I have ever seen. She came from Canada, plus she likes the same things as I do. I really want to ask her out on a date, but I don't know what to do about Elise. I need your help," I explained.

"Seems like your stuck in a sticky situation bro. I would just break up with Elise. I never liked her anyways. You said that she's in the same class as you, so maybe try working on a project with her." Replied Grayson.

"Great idea." I said walking away.

next day

Paige's POV:

"Okay class today we are going to be doing a project about government. I would like you to pick a partner to do this assignment with," Mrs. Knowles announced.

I looked around everywhere, but everybody already had partners.

"Do you wanna be my partner?" Ethan asked.

I was very surprised. Why would a really cute guy ask me to be his partner?

"Uh-um, yeah sure," I replied.

"Okay great. Want to come over after school today so we can work on it?" Ethan asked.
"I have to ask, but yeah that would be great." I replied.

I quickly texted my mom and asked if I could go over and she said yes.

After school Ethan and I walked to his house. It was giant.

"Oh my god, your house is huge!" I yelled.

"Yeah I get that a lot. I have two other siblings so that's probably why. I have a twin brother named Grayson and a older sister named Cameron," Ethan exclaimed.

"I didn't know you had a twin brother." I said. "Yeah I do, but he had an appointment today, so he left early." said Ethan.

Once we got inside I was greeted by Ethan's mom. "Hello, you must be Paige, I am Lisa Dolan." She seemed like such a nice woman. I was also greeted by Grayson and Cameron. They were really welcoming and sweet.

"Lets go upstairs into the homework room," Ethan announced.

The room was so big too, it was like the size of my kitchen, and that was the biggest room in my own house. Ethan and I got sidetracked fast and started talking.
