Ethan's POV:

Last night was really fun. I felt like Paige enjoyed the idea I had. I was extremely nervous that Elise was going to find out though. 

"Ethan! How was your date?" Grayson asked. 

"Bro I kissed her," I said grinning. 

"It seemed like you two love birds had a fun time," he replied chuckling. 

"Dude this isn't good. The date was amazing, but Elise. If she finds out-"

"Your screwed then," Grayson exclaimed. 

"I don't even like Elise though," I said.

I was so frustrated so I went upstairs and laid on my bed. I decided to call Elise. I needed to figure everything out. 

Ethan: Hey we gotta talk?

Elise: Sure babe, whatcha need?

Ethan: I think we should break up.

Elise: What why? I thought things were so well between us.

Ethan: Yeah I guess, but it seems like your just using me for my popularity. I'm sorry, but I think its for the best.

Elise: Is this something about that Paige chick?

Ethan: What? N-No.

Elise: Oh my god. It is. You think that just because you bump into her, you are instantly in love.

Ethan: No Elise. I called to break up, not to get in some fight. Don't bring Paige into this. 

Elise: I should've known. Later bud, your gonna miss me in bed you asshole. 

After that I just read her message and didn't reply. She was so full of herself.

I went to sleep thinking about school and what was going to happen tomorrow. 

Next thing you know my alarm was going off. I looked over at my phone and it read 7:45 AM. School started at 8:30 so I had to hurry if we were going to have enough time to hangout with out friends.

I quickly got dressed, grabbed my backpack, money, and the keys. Grayson and I drove to school together and stopped off at Timmy's.

Once we got to school I met up with Paige. 

"Hey Paige!" I say walking up to her.

"Hey Eth." She replies.

"So, I kinda broke up with Elise last night," I said. 

She just looked at me shocked. 

"And she kinda knows that its because of you," I was really scared now. 

Paige's POV:

"You did what?" I yelled.

"What? I thought that-"

"No Ethan. Do you know how pissed she's going to be, she doesn't even know who I am and she's going to hate me." I was loosing it. I looked at Ethan in the eyes and glared. I just walked away. I needed some time to myself. 

I couldn't believe that Ethan broke up with Elise, plus to make it even worse he told her that it was because he had feelings for me. 

I just needed a break, I needed to relax. Everything was going to be fine. I walked in through the school doors, but then noticed that there was posters of Ethan and Elise's text messages from when they broke up, taped onto everybody's lockers. 

I ran up to my locker and read the messages. I knew that it was going to make me seem like such a bitch. It made me seem like I stole Ethan from her, when we just bumped into each other by accident. 

I don't even know what to do anymore, everybody was staring at me like they were on the first day of school. 

It wasn't even two months into school and people were already gonna hate me. 

I moved to New Jersey three months ago, and I'm already going to be known around town. Since Elise is so 'popular', I bet I'll be getting a lot of hate. 

I had to cool off, so I skipped first block which was math. I knew Ethan was looking for me, but I wanted to be alone.
