5: moving in

I blinked and opened my eyes. I stared up. I'm not in my house. It's really quiet. I looked round the room. It's blue. Is this Rikers room? there were posters of bands that i knew he liked and photos of him with people. The door opened and I look up. There stood a blonde kid. He was like a mini Riker.

"Oh cool your awake! Lemme get Riker!" The kid walked out and then Riker came in. "hey" he smiled. I smiled back slightly. He picked me up and hugged me. I smiled
"Your really good at hugging people" I say. He laughs. "everyone says that." He replies. "Not surprised"'I reply.
"do you wanna eat?" He asks.
"Okay. But is this your house?" I ask.
"Yup. Do you remember what happened?" He asks. Memories rushed into my brain. Oh god oh god oh god.

"Where's
u Dad?" I ask wearily.
"In jail for child abuse and murder" he replies. Then I noticed my bruises didn't hurt. "And I sorted the bruises out so they won't hurt anymore" Riker says. "Aww such a gentleman!" I tease him. "Oh shush!" He replies pulling me downstairs. Then I found rydel!

"Hey Sel!" She hugs me
"Hey Del" I hug her
"That rhymes" Riker said. We laugh and then go to the kitchen. Then I met Rikers Mom. She's super kind and like a real Mom. "if humans can't see air can fish see water?" I asked randomly. She chuckled. "You are so sweet! And i'm not sure!" She replies. She handed me a piece of toast then I met Rikers siblings.

"WHATS UP PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE!" A voice screams. I screamed and jumped onto Rikers brother, Rocky. "What was that!?" I whisper. Everyone laughed then a brunette kid walked in.

"You and Alexa broke up already?" He asks Rocky.
"No. This is Rikers girlfriend." Rocky replied putting me down.
"We're not dating " Riker says. I started to blush a bit. that was awkward.
"Ohh your the girl who screamed. Cool. I'm Ratliff" he says. I nod slowly.

"I'm Selena" I reply.
Then there was a knock at the door.
"I'LL GET IT MOM!" Ross screamed. I jumped. "God you people are loud!"
"Hey B!" Ross said. B!?
"BEEBO!" I ran to the door and hugged him. "HI SISTER!"
"Wow Riker. She's taken" Rocky says.
"We're not dating!" Brendon laughs as i hugged the shit out of him. That broke me a bit but I shrug it off.

"You need to pack your bags as you are moving in with us" he tells me.
"Really!? Awesome! Lemme say bye to everyone though." I reply. He nods and goes to his car. I say bye to everyone and hug them. I kiss Riker on the cheek. "Thanks" I say. He blushed and smiled. Dork.

"Your room is nice" Brendon said. "thanks" i nod and pack only a few things. i loved my room but i knew i'd have a nicer one at their house. then i remembered there was the razor draw. It was full of sharp objects. i didn't bother opening it. "Let's go" I say picking up the box. "Wait what about this draw?" He asks opening it. "Nothing important in there" I reply going downstairs. "Selena!? you- what the!?" Shit then.

i came back. "what are these?" he asked, tears in his eyes. "i-i stopped! i-i did!" fuck. i made him cry. i had to lie! "c-can i see? if it's okay with you! he asked. my right wrist didn't have many cuts as i was right handed so i showed him that.

"i'm proud of you for stopping. it takes a lot" he hugged me and tears filled mh eyes. i'd lied to him.

we made it to his place and they showed me my room. after unpacking i looked for them. "hey can you help me?" i asked jon. he looked up from his phone. "sure!" he got up. he helped me paint my walls white and then he gave me all different colours. "i'll let you paint on your own" he said, knowing i liked doing that.

i painted my name is red and then did a bunch of other logos like fall out boy, twenty one pilots, panic! at the disco etc. "selena you forgot purple- holy shit dudes!" ryan was shook by my wall. they all filed in. "girl we need to swap rooms!" brendon complimented. "like my broken ass will do that" i laughed. "tell me where you want it and i'll do it" i added.

"really!? awesome! come i'll show you-" he pulled me to his room and i started, making him squeal with delight.
