Chapter 12: A little more love

Rie's pov

I was having the time of my life. Training was tough but i was living i have never felt anything like this.
So this is how Moa felt when she was out there huh? The feeling of trying so hard that you would fall down panting and then have it all paid off when see the statistics on your song in youtube.

Its been 2 weeks since i left home, i missed it all i mean the hugs the warm feeling of family being noisy and all. Y'know what i mean? I stared up the cieling in my hotel room. When suddenly, Rei popped her head in my sights.

Rie:
"Yes Rei?"

Rei:
"You seemed to be worrying about something, i felt as if i had to pop in."

Rei is a wierd and funny 14 year old, but throughout this trip i also understand her troubles. She seemed like she was flying at first but through the dark nights spent with her i would often hear her cry. At that moment i would be reminded of Moa so i went up and cuddle her like how i would to Moa. At first she was shocked but after that she got used to it. With that we became closer and closer, she never shared about why she cried but she will always look for me if she was feeling down.

Rie:
"Hmm nothing much."

Well as for ladybeard, he was our protecter. We trust him alot, there was this time where we got surrounded by boys but before i could throw my fist, he showed up and the guys fled.

Rick(Ladybeard):
"You guys are girls becareful of this area alright? Its well known for its thugs."

Rei:
"I aint afraid humph!"

Rie:
"Haha while you were shaking behind me?"

Rei:
"It was a well planned pincer attack! If they come to close i would have jumpped at them."

We all laughed and we were almost like family. Although we laughed together, we never shared our past or what so ever. We never want to tie down each other with our problems.

Finally we were done with our camp and were released back home.

Rei:
"Rie senpai.. can i call you every now and then?"

Rie:
"Feel free. You too Rick san, i will disturb you as soon as i can."

Rick:
"Haha feel free to."

We say our goodbyes as we boarded the taxi before i manage to board mine.

Rei:
"Rie senpai."

Rie:
"Hmm?"

She suddenly threw herself at me landing a kiss on my lips.

Rei:
"Thanks for everything."

With that she scurried off before i could say anything

Cab driver:
"Ahhh young uns love."

Rie:
"Ah! Nonono!"

My heart was beating fast as this was the first time i was away from home.. i missed home.

A few hours later i was in front of a house i known for so long. I slowly opened the front door so that it would make a sound.

Rie:
"Im home."

There was no reply, the lights were not on as well. I walked towards the living room to on the light to my supprise everyone was here. Rick, Rei, Moa, Yui and even Nakamoto san whom i heard alot about from Moa.

Everyone:
"Welcome back Rie chan! Happy birthday Rie chan!"

I was shocked i mean i don't even know it was my birthday. I was happy till my tears started flowing. I couldn't stop it as well.

Rick:
"Aww you got to stop crying Rie chan."

Yui:
"Its called being happy mr ladybeard."

Rei ran forward and grabbed my arm.

Rei:
"I have another thing to announce! From now on Rie's body is mine! Heheh."

Mother:
"Oh my hahaha!"

Moa:
"Haha .. Wha-WHAT! No! You don't get to hog her, she's mine!"

Moa ran over and grabbed my other arm.

Father:
"Come on children, lets cut the cake!"

-After a few hours-

I stepped out of the house, the cold wind blew and i sends shivers down my spines.

I sighed as i look up to the moon.

Yui:
"What happen? Party aint your tatse?"

I look back and look up towards the moon again

Rie:
"Im very happy, thank you guys alot for this."

Yui:
"Hmm. No biggie, well Moa and Rei are quarelling inside for you. You're quite the popular girl."

Rie:
"Haha, nah. They're just playing. Yui, have you ever had this feeling.. where you had to keep secrets from everyone or the feeling of something important disapearing in your life?"

Yui:
"Hmm so i was right something is troubling you. Well a secret yes, me and Moa once liked the same guy we had a crush on him and i remember him so well, but Moa was the first one whom said she loved him so i decided to give up. I would always remember his words in my heart."

Rie:
"Ehhh.. so sweet of the guy."

Yui:
"Ne. Lets play a game. We will compliment one another till one of us blush. Loser and to say a secret."

Rie:
"But you just told me yours."

Yui:
".... Just play! I have loads of secrets okay!?"

Rie:
"But you are blushing right now."

Yui:
"Geez! It doesn't count!! Ok i will start then. Hmm Rie... you look cute."

She raised her eyebrows like somekind of pervert uncle. I laughed for quite abit but i started to see her pout and i noticed how adorable she was.

Rie:
"Well.. if i had to compliment you it would be..."
