Meeting the Cullens.

Bella's pov:
I was so scared I actually thought I was going to die this night but Eli came to rescue me.
He is looking at me now. ''Bella?'' He asks. ''Yes Eli?'' I answer. ''Would you mind meeting my family tonight they, especially my mother and Alice would love to meet you.'' Helooked at me with those puppy dog eyes how could I say no to him. ''Sure Eli I would love to meet them too.'' The smile he gave me after I said that was worth the fear I felt when I would meet them. He hugged me tightly and said ''Thank you Bella you are perfect for me, They will love you, you are my mate after all.'' I gave an unsure smile back, I mean I'm not extraordinary or anything. I'm just me a human.

We got in Eli car when I realised my truck is still here in Port Angeles. ''Eli my truck is still here.'' Itold him. ''Don't worry Bella Emmett is driving behind us with your truck.'' Then I wonderded how did he get in. ''Uhm Eli how did he get in my car?'' He gave me a kind of scared look. Who would have ever thought of that a Vampire scared for my reaction. ''He was with me when I saved you so when I ran to you to push Riley of I quickly threw him your car keys so you would not have seen him.'' I was confused after that. ''Why would you not want him to see me?'' I asked him. ''You were bleeding Bella.'' Eli told me. What! ''How did that happen and how am I not bleeding now?'' I needed to know cause this was so weird. ''Uhm well Riley scraped your neck with his fangs making you bleed and I put some gauze on it when you were kind of out of it so thats why you did not notice. I did not want Emmet around you, if he would not be be able to controle himself. I don't even want to think about what could have happened to you.'' I sat silent lost in my own thoughts, how did I allow myself to be so vunrable to him. I mean I've only met him a week ago. I guess I was starting to really be in love with him, how elso could I think so irrationally. ''Are you okay Bella?'' Eli asked me worried why I was silent for so long. ''Yes Eli I'm fine just got lost in my thoughts. '' I answered. ''Okay, we are almost at my house Bella. Are you ready to meet them?'' I had to think about that one for a little. ''Can't you hear the beating of my heart?'' I asked him actually curious. ''Uhm yes I can.'' He said kind of uncomfortable. ''Well then you know how ready I am. I will be fine tho.'' I gave him a reasuring smile. ''As long as you stay by my side I'll be fine Eli.'' I said. ''Well that's good then... Cause we are here.'' He drove up this drive way in the middle of the woods. Then I saw there house. It's huge. Ttwo levels and it's almost completely covered in glass and wrapped aroud the entirety of the house was a balcony. Most of the house was made out of a nice colour wood and a dark stone on the bottom floor. ''Your house is gorgeous Eli. It's so open and free.'' I said he smirked at me. ''Well what did you expect?'' he asked me. ''Dungeons and moats?'' he aske me I had to work to keep my smile at bay. ''No not the moats.'' I said as a joke I heard him whisper. ''Not the moats.'' 

We entered the house and my heart started racing. ''Relax.'' Eli said. ''You have nothing to worry about.'' I looked up at him and gave him a sly smile. ''I'll try Eli.'' Thats when we entered the living room and my promise was flung out the door.
