(That is William)

Himeko's POV

"Mistress! Time to wake up" I heard Stefan as he opened the curtains. The light shone in and brightened up my bedroom.

"Stefan, what time is it?" I asked sitting up as he served tea.

"It's 1:30 pm, my Lady. Just as you requested" Stefan replied in a soft voice.

"I see... Stefan, what happened last night?" I asked him. I racked my brain to remember but all I can recall was being carried, nothing more and nothing less.

"Today's tea is Earl Grey. For breakfast, I made you cream puffs, Oujou-chan. The way you like them." he said with a smile as sweet as the pastries on the serving tray.

"Don't even try to dodge my question. I don't like being left in the dark." I said after a sip of Earl Grey. He sighed getting the message that he had to spit it out.

"My Lady, after you passed out, Lord William carried you to the carriage. And then we took you home" Stefan said as I took a cream puff from the tray and instantly went to my bathroom to get dressed.

"Is that all Stefan?"

"Yes, my Lady."

Once I freshened up, Stefan and I went to my office to discuss the kingdom and its current financial and political issues.

"Stefan, anything important running up on my schedule?"

Stefan then took out a long list as I continued my paperwork.

"Well, my lady, today you have piano class at 6:00 after that a little sparring practice at 10:00 and after that you-" Stefan was cut off by a loud bang outside my office. The doors then bursted open only to reveal a young ten year old fox spirit.

"Onee-chan!" she yelled happily as she tackled me to the ground, her tail waggling in happiness.

"Yukina! Matte! I c-can't b-breath" I managed to choke out before she finally let me go.

"Gomen, Onee-san. I forgot you're partly angel because you're a hybrid" she apologized to me with a cute smile while scratching the back of her head. Just then, the doors burst open again revealing an older fox spirit. She coincidentally, also tackled me into a hug.

"My sweet, sweet daughter! What happened to you?! You look pale"

"Mama! Let me go please... I can't breath" I told her in annoyance. This  happens every time they visit. They tackle me, bring so many sweets, and mama would complain that I don't visit as much. The worst part was their strength. If only I was a full fledge vampire, I wouldn't have to worry about being crushed to death. But sad to say, I wasn't created to be the real deal.

"Himeko, are you listening to me?!" Mother yelled.

"I'm sorry, what did you say mother?" I asked.

She sighed. "This is why I don't want you living alone... Without me, there's no one to take care of you" she reasoned out.

"Mother please, we talked about this. We both know I have Stefan and Carmen to take care of me" I said.

"But dear! It's different when you live with me! I swear, you're more careless about your health than your Papa Andrew!" she huffed.

"Mama, please-"

"Don't Mama me young Lady! Today, I want you to go shopping with me and Yukina"

"Why?"

"Easy. I want you to have a little vacation from this work of yours" she said gesturing towards the mountains of paper work on my desk.

"That's not an option" I said without hesitation. But mother was a stubborn woman.

"Nonsense! You're going to have fun and get a vacation from your work and that's final!" she decided before I could even protest. She grabbed me by the hand and tossed me over her shoulder.

"Mother, put me down please. I have a lot of work to do and I don't want to delay by being unwillingly dragged into a shopping spree" I tried reasoning but she ignored my arguments.

Mother was nearing the door when Stefan suddenly grabbed her arm.

"Yukari-sama, I'm sorry but I won't allow Oujou-sama to go with you" Stefan said as I sighed in relief.

Thank you Stefan! I always knew I could trust you ...

"And why Stefan?" Mother challenged. Her demeanor defiant.

"Because Oujou-sama is not in her proper shopping attire" he said with a grin. My jaw dropped. Shopping Attire? Seriously?!

Stefan why?! You're suppose to help me out, not side with her!

"Really? Well I can't have my daughter inappropriately dressed" she said as she handed me to Stefan and grabbed Yukina's hand.

"I'll give you a few minutes to get ready... Me and Yukina will be waiting at the living room" And with that, she left me with Stefan to get me 'appropriately' dressed.

"Stefan, why am I going?" I asked him when we entered my room.

"Yukari-sama is right, my Lady. You've been working a lot lately. If it wasn't for my persuasion, you would not have enjoyed the King's ball, dancing with Lord William" I blushed furiously at the thought and could feel my eyes turning pink.

"M-Me dancing with William is none of your business, Stefan" I said in what would have been a whisper. He chuckled.

"Did I mention a certain kiss you have shared?" he said with a smirk.

"Stop it, Stefan!" I said lightly punching him in the shoulder.

"Alright! I'll stop but seriously, my Lady, you really do need a break... You've been working hard for the past days. A little stress relief won't hurt" he said to me as he grabbed my change of clothes from the closet.

"Stefan, shopping with a hyperactive mother and a reckless little sister doesn't sound relaxing at all" I said grabbing my clothes from him.

"My Lady, it's just shopping. Trust me. Nothing stupid will happen. It's not like Lady Yukari will torture you with shopping bags" he said.

"You're not letting me escape this, are you?" I asked as he chuckled.

"Nope, not even for a billion years or a billion pleas" he said as I entered my bathroom to get dressed.

This is going to be a roller coaster ride of a day...
