Taehyung

Your brother Baekhyun and you were at a music awards ceremony and the atmosphere was buzzing, everyone seemed to be psyched to be here and rightly so. Everyone was hoping to win an award and see their favourite group preform as well. Whilst Baekhyun was preforming with the rest of EXO you sat at their table watching them excitedly. You looked to the table next to you which was where BTS sat. They seemed even more exhilarated to see EXO preform than you did. One of the boys seemed to have noticed you looking at them, he smiled at you and walked over to your table.

"Hi i'm Taehyung"

"Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N" you greeted.

"So how do you know EXO? Are you one of their girlfriends?" He asked noticing you were sitting at their table.

You laughed "no, I'm Baekhyun's sister"

"Oh so your the famous Y/N!" He smiled brightly at you.

You looked at him confused, 'famous Y/N?'

"Bae and I go way back! Yeah we actually met at the first awards ceremony I went to" he explained.

"Oh really?" you looked at him surprised.

"Yeah! And I have heard a lot about you" he smiled taking a seat next to you.

"Really? Bae has never spoken about you" you admitted surprised your brother hadn't mentioned this long lasting friendship.

"Oh" Taehyung looked down slightly disappointed.

"Er well how about you can tell me about yourself instead of me hearing it through my brother." You suggested hoping to cheer him up.

It seemed to do the trick as Taehyung smiled and began telling you things about himself and then he would ask things about you.

After EXO's performance Baekhyun came back to his table and was surprised to see you and Taehyung talking.

"Er hey Taehyung" Baekhyun greeted Taehyung awkwardly.

You had just finished telling Taehyung a very funny and very embarrassing story about Baekhyun and Taehyung was still laughing.

"Hey Bae, why didn't you tell me your sister was so funny?" he chuckled.

You knew from the expression on Baekhyun's face that he was withholding something and you were going to get it out of him later.

"Anyway, you did amazing up there" you complimented your brother and changing the subject at the same time.

"Oh thanks" he smiled taking his seat again grateful you had changed the subject.

"I'm about to go up! Y/N please watch and cheer me on!" He smiled jumping up from his temporary seat and going back to his table.

You were really glad you met Taehyung, however your brother felt differently. He knew something that you didn't and he wasn't planning on telling you anytime soon.

Months after your first encounter with Taehyung the two of you had stayed in contact, became close friends and you couldn't be happier....

Well in all honesty you could.

Taehyung was a quirky sweet heart and his sweetness towards you had given him a special place in your heart. Sadly you weren't sure the feelings were mutual. You tried not to overthink it but you did try to remain hopeful.

Baekhyun on the other hand always seemed to want to separate the two of you and keep you as far away from Taehyung as possible. You weren't sure if this was putting a tarnish of his friendship with Taehyung but it was definitely putting one on his friendship with you. You had come to the decision that you would tell Baekhyun why you wanted to hangout with Taehyung so much and try and explain why you didn't want Baekhyun separating them so much.
